I love how easy Kapiche is to use. You create an excel sheet with all your customer data and the survey response text, upload it, let Kapiche run its magic, and you have instant insights into what your customers are saying. The visuals help anyone quickly understand what is important to your customers. There is a quadrant chart that is alone worth paying for Kapiche. I also greatly appreciate the expected vs observed frequency segmentation that tells me if a specific segment of customers is having a particular issue more than others.
Queries are easy to build and easy to check that you are including the right concepts. You can also view all the responses that match a query, find more information about a specific comment, and copy the comment verbatim to share with others. Additionally, you can download the images to easily share in presentations or reports. Or you can share the dashboard link and anyone who has your company's email and the link can view the dashboard.
The system also has a nice check and review system that helps you make sure your columns are usable. I also love their customer success team, especially Tami, who has helped me get full use of all Kapiche has to offer, which is a lot. The Kapiche support is super responsive to emails, even being on the other side of the world from me.
Finally, I love that I do not have to be concerned with lines of data. This has allowed me to try out different sets of data to get the best insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is sometimes difficult to compare different queries, and as far as I know, there is no way to save the comparisons you can run. I do find it difficult to keep my dashboards top of mind for my colleagues, as they are separate links for each one, and this is outside of our usual dashboard systems. Kapiche's ability to analyse written feedback from customers, i.e. NPS comments, CSAT comments, Survey results, is a game-changer. It is very easy to use and helps you understand what your customers are saying by providing quantitative insights on your qualitative feedback. Kapiche not only analyses the written responses but also suggests themes in the responses to help you understand feedback that you might be missing and the impact of that feedback. This also means that you don't need to spend time 'training' the system to recognise themes and concepts in your data.
Kapiche allows us to segment our written feedback and assess the impact of these various themes by our customer metrics. And enables us to make smarter decisions when planning our feature development, and to assess the success of our products with customers. The built-in dashboards provide a range of ways to assess the data and drill into the feedback our customers provide, which is fantastic for sharing with stakeholders.
On top of all this, Kapiche has been very proactive in supporting the setup and initial analysis of our feedback pipeline. There is not much to dislike about the platform. The sharing of some dashboards and graphs can be a little difficult if you have previously segmented the data (but this is a minor quibble). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the tool evolves there have been a few small UX or admin types of requests that have been updated since. e.g. Coping themes from another project.
It would be helpful to be able to provide access to many projects within the tool without the user having to accept the first project and then receive another invite for the next.

Kapiche enables us to create essential themes from a business perspective. Easy to develop a new theme from the storyboard showing significant keywords in different volumes and surrounding terms. Once set up a set of themes, it provides ongoing trends of negative/positive impact of each theme on the overall NPS. Especially, I would recommend their professional assistance in many ways, from onboarding sessions to ongoing support for integrations of a survey platform and swift implementation of further requirements.
