I miss a built-in mobile application, because the one that exists is a kanbanchi website and it's hard to work in it

Fantastic organisation of works with brilliant sharing of data, live updating within teams, colour coding of items and all features you can want and more from a kanban board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kanbanchi for Google Workspace?

Not a lot, the only piece would be a native app but that's somewhat countered by the standalone web app. The only other thing is the ability to start/stop timers for tracking time on work tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kanbanchi for Google Workspace?

I like the versatility - I need to see projects in different ways visually depending on what I'm trying to assess. I love that I have the card views, charts, checklists, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kanbanchi for Google Workspace?

I do feel like there's consistent bugs and load delays. For example, I have reoccuring cards that just cannot stay consistent. I have a weekly card that now populates 3 times every week! There's also been times that I'll make a duplicate of a card and it takes so long to load that I end up with 3 copies of the card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool has been a great resource to use with my team. We all have access to see what items are pending to be completed and are able to note things to do for each other. What do you like best about Kanbanchi for Google Workspace?

This is a super easy to use software with a soft feel making it easy to manipulate to fulfill multiple purposes. It is professional whilst being dextrous enough to be adapted for running projects, meetings or day to day tasks. I love how dynamic it is and easy it is to collaborate with it. The team behind the app are also greatly knowledgable and helpful with A* customer service that is responsive to my needs as and when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kanbanchi for Google Workspace?

I can't think of anything I dislike other than manipulating individual parts of the Gantt chart isn't possible making it hard to highlight certain periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kanbanchi for Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to plan my day easily with this tool. Using Kanbanchi I can plan a project, deliver it and then use the task timer to see where the project got stopped or sped through faster than expected. What do you like best about Kanbanchi for Google Workspace?

The ease with which you can use a kanban board in kanbanchi is incredible, very intuitive application that helps you organize projects and workers allowing you to divide jobs, use labels, colors, annotations and delivery dates.

Working with google drive allows you to have your data at all times with internet connection.

Allows you to have notifications for dates and delivery or revisions and so the working group can be aware of what to do at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kanbanchi for Google Workspace?

It doesn't have a native mobile application so you have to use it almost every time from a computer.

I would like to be able to have private annotations or with option to give permission to see everything to whoever I need.
