What do you like best about Kadence?

Kadence has helped our company safely return to work. We are in the office three days a week and our employees love how easy Kadence is to use and that they can use it from the app on thier phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

If I had to pick one thing, it would be if you are unfamiliar with the building or space and are reserving a desk there for the first time, it may be hard to locate your desk or office. What do you like best about Kadence?

I'm an old user since the very beginning of this company. Always I liked the dedication they put in developing their products.

Besides the technical support is very quick in answer when noticing an issue and just 3 days ago after my website suffered from an hacker attack, I opened a ticket and in a matter of hours they replied and solved the issue.

I use the Pinnacle premium theme and different add-ons o my websites and on my client's website too.

Products are easy to be used and well explained step by step installation or example.

I use it daily since 2011 today. No problems with WP and Woocommerce integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

What do you like best about Kadence?

I can't stretch enough how much sense Kadence makes and how easy it is to navigate! This is a fantastic tool to help our hybrid team return to Campus. Kadence design is intuitive and makes desk bookings easy, and it's straight forward to use as an admin on the backend. Not to mention the extraordinary support and service we received from the Kadence Team. Our representative Heather attentively guided us through the implementation process, made any updates we asked for at any time, and was always patient and understanding with our trizillion questions. What do you dislike about Kadence?

There are a few minor features that will hopefully get updated soon, such as being able to edit your profile name and adjusting yoru picture. We communicate our ideas and feedback to the Kadence Team and do feel heard and valued. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kadence?

Simplicity, ease of use, very intuitive. The ability to sync across Teams, Outllook and also on IOS and Android devices. The tools to allow you to see who is in the office and enable collaborative working. Great admin tools to see who is in the office and what is being used.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

When booking rooms that are actual offices - your diary appears busy with can confuse people (although this maybe an internal challenge due to our set up)

The images of the desks are areas appear very small on the app - an improvement would be a larger image for people to view but the list of amenities enable you to see what is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have reduced the size of our Office by half and this is enabling effective management of space in a Hybrid fashion.

Having created dynamic working spaces that is very different from a fixed desk structure, the Kadence tool enables a much more dynamic environment.

What do you like best about Kadence?

The simplicity of the platform is truly its strength. It's rare to find a tool that's so easy to navigate while still delivering excellent results, making it user-friendly, and it genuinely enhances the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

We find Insights section not very helpful, not as comprehensive as we wish for it to be.

We would prefer "Live" mode in Office section to be set by default (or given an choice to be set by default), as well as to be available for other days to be viewed in "Live" mode.

Neighborhoods/Teams connection is not very straightforward to understand, if that could be simplified - that would be better for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Improving space utilization, ensuring that the available workspace is efficiently utilized, preventing overcrowding and ensuring that there are enough desks and resources for those who need them; allowing to oversee who is coming to the office on what day and making it easier to get team members have in-person interaction. What do you like best about Kadence?

Very intuitive UI and booking wizard for users. Insights allow the business to review the how much the office is being utilised in our hybrid arrangement etc.

Recently introduced API Keys allows for integration with BMS or other systems.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

Integration can be fairly clunky, for example integrating with O365 meeting room calendars requires access to all user calendars by default. One has to set-up access limits on the exchange side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kadence solving and how is that benefiting you?

During covid the company switched to Hybrid working and hot-desking. Kadence was a great price and easy to set-up and use. At first we used it simply for desk booking for hybrid days, but it has grown for use for meeting rooms, visitor management etc. Kadence has grown alot since we started using it. What do you like best about Kadence?

What do you like best about Kadence?

The application is very easy to use, minimal instruction was required to onboard the user community, and between the Kadence App & Teams integration, it is super quick and easy to make bookings or check on your colleagues plans.

Service and support throughout the onboarding and thereafter has been excellent, with rapid responses and an open approach to hear (and implement) new feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

A desk based licencing option would be great so that pricing stability can be assured, and we can open the app to company users who might just attend once per month for example. Under the per user model, we find that we need to be a bit restrictive for those occasional users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remote working has become the norm, so like many companies we reduced the office space meaning not everybody can have a permanent desk. This makes our space utilisation much more efficeint, puts our users in control, and of course is better for the environment where we no longer heat\cool\power office space that is not being used.
