If I had to pick one thing, it would be if you are unfamiliar with the building or space and are reserving a desk there for the first time, it may be hard to locate your desk or office. I'm an old user since the very beginning of this company. Always I liked the dedication they put in developing their products.
Besides the technical support is very quick in answer when noticing an issue and just 3 days ago after my website suffered from an hacker attack, I opened a ticket and in a matter of hours they replied and solved the issue.
I use the Pinnacle premium theme and different add-ons o my websites and on my client's website too.
Products are easy to be used and well explained step by step installation or example.

I can't stretch enough how much sense Kadence makes and how easy it is to navigate! This is a fantastic tool to help our hybrid team return to Campus. Kadence design is intuitive and makes desk bookings easy, and it's straight forward to use as an admin on the backend. Not to mention the extraordinary support and service we received from the Kadence Team. Our representative Heather attentively guided us through the implementation process, made any updates we asked for at any time, and was always patient and understanding with our trizillion questions. Simplicity, ease of use, very intuitive. The ability to sync across Teams, Outllook and also on IOS and Android devices. The tools to allow you to see who is in the office and enable collaborative working. Great admin tools to see who is in the office and what is being used.

When booking rooms that are actual offices - your diary appears busy with can confuse people (although this maybe an internal challenge due to our set up)
The images of the desks are areas appear very small on the app - an improvement would be a larger image for people to view but the list of amenities enable you to see what is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We find Insights section not very helpful, not as comprehensive as we wish for it to be.
We would prefer "Live" mode in Office section to be set by default (or given an choice to be set by default), as well as to be available for other days to be viewed in "Live" mode.

Very intuitive UI and booking wizard for users. Insights allow the business to review the how much the office is being utilised in our hybrid arrangement etc.
Recently introduced API Keys allows for integration with BMS or other systems.

The application is very easy to use, minimal instruction was required to onboard the user community, and between the Kadence App & Teams integration, it is super quick and easy to make bookings or check on your colleagues plans.

A desk based licencing option would be great so that pricing stability can be assured, and we can open the app to company users who might just attend once per month for example.
