Juphy provides a unified inbox for all my social networks activity, including comments, ads, DM... I can't wait for the next supported network, LinkedIn, which should follow.

Juphy simplifies management of all social channels with filters that can be applied.
It is intuitive and allows you in a simple, fast and clear way to better manage your community and monitor comments by categorizing them and customizing their tags.

I work alone, and I used to spend a lot of time answering my users on different platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Play, etc.). Juphy helped me by centralizing support for my users in one
place.

The user interface is really clean and intuitive. It supports all of the important social platforms. The ticketing system is really well organized and it is easy to assign tasks, emails, and tickets. Good number of reports. Love the agency features which are well thought out and simple to use. The single omni-channel dashboard for everything is beginning to be very beneficial to our systems. Still waiting on a few important features: 2-way email sync for Gmail and other IMAP, LinkedIn support, mobile apps, nested tags, Microsoft Teams integration, but I think most of those are on the roadmap. I like that fact that I can streamline customer support and manage multiple channels using a single inbox. My business in Singapore relies on Google My Business, Whatsapp and Facebook a lot since my customers are on these platforms. Having a tool like Juphy makes it easy to manage the communications and demands that my customers place on me and my team. No more jumping between tabs and browsers, logging in and out multiple platforms and channels!

Not much really. I thought they were lacking in channel support 6 months ago when I first used the software. But now they have really filled that hole.
