What do you like best about Juphy?

Juphy provides a unified inbox for all my social networks activity, including comments, ads, DM... I can't wait for the next supported network, LinkedIn, which should follow.

Tech support is very responsive. And they really use feature requests to improve the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

There is no quick way to batch select groups of support accounts, like all the ones from a specific customer. But it seems it's coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Juphy?

Juphy simplifies management of all social channels with filters that can be applied.

It is intuitive and allows you in a simple, fast and clear way to better manage your community and monitor comments by categorizing them and customizing their tags.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

Juphy is a new platform and so sometimes presents some bugs. It does not allow you to like an IG comment which is useful in some cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Juphy allows us to manage the comments of the multiple social pages we have, monitoring them, mapping them to get an idea of what users think of our products and posts.

What do you like best about Juphy?

I work alone, and I used to spend a lot of time answering my users on different platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Play, etc.). Juphy helped me by centralizing support for my users in one

place.

So far, it's been the only platform I've found that integrates with Google Play to respond to Android user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

It would be great to be able to change the platform language. I would love to use it in Brazilian Portuguese. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Juphy?

The user interface is really clean and intuitive. It supports all of the important social platforms. The ticketing system is really well organized and it is easy to assign tasks, emails, and tickets. Good number of reports. Love the agency features which are well thought out and simple to use. The single omni-channel dashboard for everything is beginning to be very beneficial to our systems. What do you dislike about Juphy?

Still waiting on a few important features: 2-way email sync for Gmail and other IMAP, LinkedIn support, mobile apps, nested tags, Microsoft Teams integration, but I think most of those are on the roadmap. I also wish it had more traditional call center functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Juphy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to consolidate customer support across multiple locations without much friction and without having to set up a physical location to house everyone. What do you like best about Juphy?

I like that fact that I can streamline customer support and manage multiple channels using a single inbox. My business in Singapore relies on Google My Business, Whatsapp and Facebook a lot since my customers are on these platforms. Having a tool like Juphy makes it easy to manage the communications and demands that my customers place on me and my team. No more jumping between tabs and browsers, logging in and out multiple platforms and channels!

Not much really. I thought they were lacking in channel support 6 months ago when I first used the software. But now they have really filled that hole. What do you like best about Juphy?

Juphy makes it easy to see all of the messages for my business in one place. I don't have to keep jumping from social media platform to social media platform to respond to my followers. Juphy lets me do that all from one place! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juphy?

The only downside of Juphy is that I'm still unable to use a mobile app. This is crucial to get the most out of what Juphy can offer, especially since I'm not always in front of my computer to respond to followers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
