I don't really have any complaints or things I dislike. Their reporting dashboard is really robust and strong. I guess it would be nice if their analytics program could breakdown more precisely the data by job board, but overall performance is easy to use and act on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We began working with Joveo and testing Mojo Pro at our company about a year ago as a way to diversify the programmatic platforms that we use. Our experience at Joveo, while tumultuous in the beginning with setup, has been overwhelmingly positive. We have personally met with their Head of Global Customer Success who was very helpful in understanding the total scope of the product and their offerings. Joveo's team is almost a majority development, which means that they're constantly working on improvements to the product. Any time we have seen a bug or had an issue, it's usually resolved within the business day, which has been both impressive and helpful in keeping our day-to-day production flowing.
In addition to dev, their CSM team is great. We have had a couple of different support team members, but all of them have been knowledgeable about both the product and proper customer service skills. Our CSM, Arun, and the Director of Customer Success, Raseena, have been great since taking over our account a number of months ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All programmatic softwares have some downfalls. For Joveo, we had some hiccups with the way we use job expansions here at our company. They have a very particular way in which they would like their expansions uploaded, and it took some back-and-forth to get things running. However, as I mentioned, their team is very helpful and we have had no issues since we worked through it a number of months ago.
We also have some issues with job board performance on Mojo Pro compared to our other programmatic softwares. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly why there is a major disparity in some performance and who is to blame for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Joveo, and specifically Nirala, have been great business partners. They listen to the problems we are trying to solve as a business and come with a solution mindset. Customer service has been excellent and reliable.

The data suite and overall customer service has been terrific. We are a recruitment marketing and advertising agency based in NY, and the Joveo team has ensured we are able to leverage their platform to it's fullest. The team is responsive, easy to engage and very helpful when dealing with various technical issues that pop up from time to time when leveraging platforms like Indeed (they have a long QA process.) I'm looking forward to new real time data points that could prove helpful in making the product even better. The ability to look at hiring data and related could be helpful when setting up campaigns (jobs/budgets and strategies.)

The level of support Nirala and the team she has supporting our account is outstanding. Nirala is provides excellent customer support with every challenge whether it is thru technical support, reporting or creative recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inability to properly pace spend evenly throughout a given timeframe is extremely frustrating. I don't like having days where I have spikes in spend and then days with no spend toward my campaigns because of the days where I've overspent dispite having daily spend goals. I like the tools created by Joveo because they are easy to use.
The support the company can provide is professional and tailored to our needs.
New features can be added if necessary to meet business needs. I also appreciate the fact that they're open to discussion and know how to listen to our feedback. It's easy to create a partnership with them.

You can easily manage you jobs getting distributed over a wide range of channels. Once set up it is easy to onboard new channels.
It is good to know that budget caps can be managed even on job level. This gives you the ease of mind that you don't overpay for jobs.

Joveo has solid ROI on campaigns and their ATS integration is smooth. Their API ntegrations and Funnel tracking helps in real time tracking of metrics. Joveo is very responsive and accomodating.
