**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like the integration with Chat GPT, which helps me create what I need quickly. I also appreciate the capability to create a PDF with our logo, including signatures and all related images. Additionally, the initial setup of Jotform was really easy.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I have not explored yet if it's possible to add a Word document to be downloaded by the user, and if it's possible to keep a user/password for each user under my company account. Try to make a feature for users under a company account to let them modify or add up data in the future.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform helps me collect and organize vital information from couriers in one file, share it easily, and integrate with Chat GPT for quick form creation. I value the PDF creation with logos and signatures, simplifying data sharing and management.

  ### 2. Quick-Link Rental Agreements That Help Close Deals Faster

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I love the fact that I can share my rental agreement via a quick link. It makes things easier for my customers and honestly, helps me close deals faster because I can put the agreement right in front of them.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I dislike that I had to pay $39 if I wanted to do month to month. That's a lot, and as a small business who is jsut getting started, that is a big hit for monthly. I wish I could have paid the annual price of $19 on a monthly basis.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JotForm is making it easy for my customers to sign my rental agreements. I believe because I can quickly share a link to the document with the customer via text message, my close rate is higher.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform to get waivers signed for our hockey team, and it prevents me from having to track people down for signatures. I like its fairly easy-to-use interface and the ability to validate entries like phone numbers, addresses, and emails, which prevents bad information. I appreciate the plug-and-play options and how it allows for fillable options without interrupting the flow, even when multiple signatures are required. The PDFs being sent directly to my email are super helpful, and I can export information without having to scan forms into Google Drive.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I wish the naming convention could be changed easily instead of me having to download and rename. There was a slight learning curve, but now that I understand it and have reviewed help articles as well as just playing around with it, I feel good using it.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jotform to get waivers signed, preventing legibility issues and bad information entry that arise from pen and paper forms. It saves time tracking signatures and validates entries, letting me export data without scanning. The plug and play options make it easy.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

The convenience of online payment for products makes it useful. There is a vast array of pre-made templates that are simple to tweak for my own purposes. Jotform includes the option to show images to different product options and tallies the cost of the items. The way the information is compiled and downloadable makes it extremely efficient and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I'm not crazy about the AI feature. I find the templates more useful and easy to adjust than starting with the AI feature.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the Student Council advisor at my school, we order and sell T-shirts and sell tickets for events. I only started using Jotform this year but it has made these tasks much more efficient and easy to process. I'm sure we will find many more ways to use it, as others in our organization have.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

It is very user friendly in getting a form set up for the most part.  The terminology that is used for the functions and what or how they look like on the form is hit or miss.  But I like the followup that takes place after the form is submitted.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Some of the items for designing the form  takes a little while to figure out.  And it is difficult to come up with a work around when you can't use multiple links.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was in need of a form builder.  And the systems that I was working in did not have that capability, so I started looking for different platforms and jotform gave me a chance to use it by giving 5 free forms.  And it was easy to use and got my problem solved right away without having to upgrade right away.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform to produce PDFs for different lines of business, and the form-to-PDF feature is really helpful in reducing errors and improving communication across all lines of business. I also use the app builder to create user-friendly apps for various departments and customer groups, allowing them to easily access internal forms, PDFs, and other applications. I like that Jotform is easy to use and does many different things on a single platform, which means I don't need a lot of programs to accomplish tasks. I appreciate the connectivity of Jotform, as I plan to connect it with our Shopify store and utilize Zapier for seamless integration across platforms. The initial setup was very easy, making it a game changer because we had nothing like this before.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Sometimes the building of forms and apps can be a bit glitchy, but it's easily worked around. I do wish there was a feature to change the PDF that is produced based on a certain field selection in the form, but we are working around it currently by building separate forms. Sometimes it does not save the changes I've made, so I have to go back and do them again. Moving elements around the app and on the form build can be difficult because the elements jump around, making it difficult to place them where you need them.

Jotform reduces paper shuffling and provides a single access point for forms and info. It saves errors, boosts communication efficiency, and cuts down on the number of programs needed.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I love that I'm able to design our forms and format them to really fit our organization through our logos and branding. Jotform makes it an easy way for our community to know that it's us instantly and helps keep everybody informed about what's going on. It was easier for my team to learn and use Jotform than Google Docs, and they had more fun using it, which made the transition easier.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I think what just didn't work for us was at the beginning. When you do the first free trial or you do the minimal plan, you only get up to a 100 or so many forms. You really got to know and look at that. Because that hindered us when we didn't realize that we had to move up in level.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jotform to keep our nonprofit's forms and information organized, making it easier for our team compared to Google Docs. It's quicker for them to learn and use, which also makes work more enjoyable.

I like the flexibility to integrate with other existing apps and software. I also find the AI agent very helpful with building flows quickly.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Sometimes I feel a bit limited by what I want to do versus what the program can handle, especially when it comes to things like approvals or integrations.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve used it to register for events, and it has been very helpful for processing coach applications as well. Before, everything was handled through email or by manually making a list; now there’s an automated process that keeps things much more organized.

  ### 9. Customizable Forms, But Lacks Undo

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I love the ability to create, customize, and edit the application at any time with Jotform. It's great that changes can be made easily and the form updates in real time, which is super useful when something needs to be added or corrected, like when a job category was missing in my form. The user interface is better than competing platforms, making it relatively easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

There is no undo button. It's very easy to accidentally alter or even delete aspects of the form as I'm editing it, but there is no way to undo any action. Some glitches such as the one mentioned above could definitely be smoothed out. The user interface is better than competing platforms, but it can definitely be a little unclear, confusing, or sometimes even redundant.

Jotform eliminates paper applications and streamlines the application process, offering the ability to create, customize, and edit applications anytime.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I love the conditional logic setting - my customers can pick options that lead them to the correct spot on my form. I love that I can link my Square account and collect payment before form submission.  And I love that the form required customers to fill in important information (name, phone number, etc) before hitting submit!

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I can only think of 1 thing I would change right now, when editing the form, I'm not sure what my customers are seeing. IT would be nice to have an edit mode where i can make all my changes then hit submit and they changes appear on the viewers side.  Right now, I have a to wake up early and get all my changes done quickly in hopes of no one noticing I'm editing it.

Customers are required to pay before submitting the form!  I'm not chasing down payments anymore!

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I find Jotform super easy to use, which is great because it takes away the need for me to respond to every single inquiry manually. Its flexibility is something I really appreciate, especially compared to my previous CRM. I'm able to literally create a link, put a form together, and customize it with my own images and logos, which helps streamline everything. I also love that Jotform includes a free AI feature in the free version, making it much easier to put together forms without needing to know how to code. The initial setup was super easy, and I can integrate it with my Google Calendar to automatically set up appointments and send out confirmations. Overall, it's almost like anyone could use it.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I wish it had text message implementation for reminders, instead of just email reminders.

I appreciate Jotform's flexibility to create links and forms, adding images and logos easily. It streamlines my business processes by reducing responses to each inquiry, saving time and effort.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like how easy it is to build the forms on Jotform and how quick it is for the engineers on-site to complete the forms without having to go home and fill out lengthy survey or document forms. Everything can be done as and when required. It improves efficiency and boosts employee morale as the engineers are spending less of their own time completing reports. The initial setup is really simple; you can build the form straight away without any guidance, using just a drag and drop interface.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The ability to add a type of form builder where they can add an extra row. For example, you may have one EV charger on one site but 15 on others. It may be valuable if the engineer can click to add a charger each time they need to.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jotform for EV charging projects, including job reports and surveys. The ease of building forms and quick on-site completions improve efficiency and morale, reducing extra work for engineers. Setup is simple with a drag-and-drop interface.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like Jotform for its simplicity in setting up forms. It's easy to teach my clients how to use it, and it doesn't feel inaccessible or difficult like other programs. The build feature is super easy to use, very clean, and allows for easy adjustments. I also appreciate that once a QR code is produced, changes to the form don't affect the code, allowing for growth and adjustment over time.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I wish the free program offered a little more submissions than 100 because a lot of my clients don't really need the first level. So there's almost like there needs to be a level in between free and the bottom one.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform helps me gather information quickly from a large group and manage it in a spreadsheet. It simplifies getting reviews after classes.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like Jotform because I'm able to customize forms exactly to my needs, like adding my logo, menus, and links to payments. It really helps make everything look a lot more professional compared to sending something I made in Word or Excel. The ability to have multiple choices in forms and assist with payment collection is great too.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I didn't know there was a limit on monthly submissions. That was not clear and by the time I was getting close to my limit I had to upgrade so that felt very forced in order to continue with this specific order. Payment options are costing me a lot. With AI integration it was not too bad but I would like to be able to do it myself but it was a bit difficult to figure out without assistance.

I use Jotform to customize forms for school fundraisers, which looks more professional with logos and payment links compared to using Word or Excel. It helps with payment collection and offers multiple choice options.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform to create reports that are filled out by the participants of my project, and I really like how it centralizes all the responses in one place, making it easier to see what's going well and what's not in the project. The artificial intelligence assistant is especially useful, as it greatly facilitates the quick and intelligent assembly of reports. Instead of spending time structuring the report, I simply ask the assistant what I want, and it helps me solve it. I really like the scenarios where I connect questions and decide based on the answer if I should show more questions. The integrations are a big plus for me, especially with Google Sheets. The integration aspect was a key reason I switched from Google Forms to Jotform. Setting up Jotform was easy for me.

It's possibly my own confusion, but I did not realize that each individual signature would be counted as a separate document. I use Jotform to create various online forms for data collection, and I found the AI within Jotform to be a really helpful tool for creating forms, which I then refine manually. The initial setup was pretty easy, with not many hiccups. It's nice that you can change subscriptions from month to month and that you're not locked into it.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I feel like certain parts of editing are difficult. There's not as many intuitive settings as in Google Suite, for example. For instance, the heading and the subheading in the form can't be centered separately. I would want the title to be centered, but the subheading to be left leaning. But whatever is chosen for one applies to both, which is kind of inconvenient. Also, my only complaint is that Jotform is in the URL, and you can't have a vanity URL without the enterprise subscription.

Would like more options for formatting-- specifically with layout. Would also like an option to scan an internal PDF form, and be able to send clients the form with fillable fields directly on the actual document. Currently, you can scan a document , and then send a separate JotForm that maps onto said form, but does not allow direct entry. Could use more development with integration options with several platforms- though I trust this will be forthcoming.

The downsides aren’t major. I do wish the AI were a bit more helpful, and I also wish the PDF builder let you use conditions. There are a few other customizations that would benefit me, though they might not be necessary for everyone who uses Jotform.

It's also easy to export our data into Excel, which allows us to get the data out of the platform and use it internally for other things. The initial setup was pretty easy too; I didn't really have to think much and just built a couple of forms in a few minutes.

We can tailor it to our specific needs. As a disability organization with several distinct programs, we’ve found that JotForm makes it easy to keep each program organized and manage them separately without confusion.

Sometimes it’s difficult to log in. I’m not sure why, but if we wait a bit or try again an hour or so later, we’re usually able to get in.

Also, returning parents have to refill all of the previous years’ camp forms instead of simply logging in, updating their existing information, and registering the same kiddo for a new camp session. We have to save historical data each year, so we can’t continue to use the same app year after year.

When using the app with tables, it would also be helpful if each line corresponded to the first form, so we can quickly see which paperwork is missing for each registrant, rather than having each form treated separately.

Chasing camp paperwork used to be a nightmare. JotForm makes it easy to see, in the tables, how many forms are complete, which ones are duplicates, and who is still missing.

I really like how easy it is to put together a form in Jotform and then send it off for a client signature. This has made the process of concluding sales much easier for us. Jotform also saves us a significant amount of time, which is very important. It was pretty easy to set up at first; following the prompts was not that difficult. Switching from Cognito Forms to Jotform was a good decision because Jotform is much easier to use and set up, with fewer limitations on obtaining signatures from clients, prospects, and ambassadors.

When we have an independent designer come in to work on a form, it gets a little confusing on how they gain access to our actual form. It's very confusing on how to set that up so it works seamlessly.

I like Jotform because you can collect all the information of everyone in one place, making it a really great way to organize data. It helps put everything into an organized spreadsheet when people sign up for things. The initial setup of Jotform was very easy.

Jotform is way too much money for a monthly membership. The lowest end membership is around $50, and I'm a Canadian, so it gets a little bit higher. That's just not great. Another thing that is a little bit frustrating is that in order to use the free account, a lot of features are limited. It doesn't really make sense to have when a lot of other services are cheaper. I continue to use the free version and occasionally pay for a monthly account.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I’m mostly happy that Jotform has brought the drag-and-drop functionality to its forms, since that’s how most platforms work now. I also like how easy it is to set up integrations, and when something isn’t obvious upfront, they guide you through it. For example, I wanted to link a form to ActiveTrail to automate the creation of our email list, but you can’t do that directly and have to go through Zapier. The prompts explaining how to set it up were helpful, and I think that was a smart move on their end.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

When I’m editing forms, I don’t like having to click on Properties before I can edit the title and subtext. It would be much nicer if Properties opened automatically as soon as I click on an element, so I can make those changes right away.

It also would have been helpful to have a clearer, always-visible indication that my changes were saved, even when I scrolled down. I didn’t like having to scroll back up just to confirm whether everything saved.

Jotform’s other features also weren’t very clear upfront, and I think it would have been nice if it guided you more on what it has to offer throughout the creation process.

We signed up with Jotform mainly to avoid the Google verification process. Because our forms require file uploads, Google required users to log in through Gmail. It’s been helpful that Jotform can verify any email address instead.

Their Power Automate integration doesn't always pass data in the most useful format, so we use their API instead, which provides more options. I really enjoy using Jotform because it makes it very easy to create forms, and it's got a lot of powerful features. It's very rich and robust, which allows me to make changes to a website by just signing in. I particularly like the richness and robustness of the features and the conditional logic and different form fields available. It seems like Jotform has way more options and flexibility compared to some of the other WordPress plugin forms I've used historically. As a web developer with over twenty years of experience, the ability to offer more options to my clients is very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Well, the probably my biggest beef with Jotform is the AI part of it is really horrible. I spent nearly two days trying to get AI to build what I thought was a very simple form. AI just really stumbled over itself, and I was just so frustrated. I was ready to give up on Jotform altogether. Plus, it made it very difficult for me to get in touch with a human being that could help me. Once I did get in touch with a human being, they were able to solve the problem immediately. The initial setup was fine. The setting up the form doing the first form was a nightmare.

The thing I like best about Jotform is the ease in which I can edit the forms based on feedback I receive from my team to make the forms more and more detailed and relevant to our daily needs.

I would say the one thing that I dislike about Jotform is that without enterprise level I can only have one user.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform is solving a problem that we had with inspections. We had been doing them on paper forms, but the techs would misplace these, we couldn't read their writing, entering the paper forms took extra time, etc... The Jotforms have removed all of these obstacles.

I like Jotform because it's user-friendly and not complicated. It has an AI assistant that helps you build things by describing what you want, which is pretty unique. The simplicity and clean navigation make it easy to use. Also, the initial setup was straightforward and simple, especially with guidance. It's a feature that makes Jotform stand out from its competitors.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I really appreciate how easy it was to get started with Jotform using their AI assistant, which helped us quickly build the form exactly as we needed it, saving a significant amount of time upfront. It allowed us to complete a project in under two weeks that we thought would take months. Collecting consistent data across over 100 vehicles, including photos and reports, and having it all in one place was fantastic. The seamless deployment made it easy to share the form across multiple facilities and users, even those with varying levels of technical experience. Jotform works smoothly across different devices, including phones and tablets, which is critical for our team in the field. It made a complex operational task simple, efficient, and scalable. I love how straightforward it is to build, deploy, and curate the information we need. It's a tool we'll absolutely continue to use.
