  ### 1. Helpful for Multiple Registration in One Form

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

This is the only option that lets me add multiple unique IDs within a single form. It’s especially useful for multi-attendee registration forms, where I need to capture details for more than one person at once and still have their own, individual ID.

Other platforms also don't have the ability to send an automated email when I approve or reject a submission.

I like that it's user-friendly and can easily integrate into Google Sheets and Drive. 

My most recent form needs to hold up to 20 registrants and the form still loads pretty quickly on the frontend. It has the conditional logic that I need for my form and it works really well. 

I never had proper onboarding nor have I reached out to support, but the AI assistant was really helpful. It gave me the step by step instructions when I asked for it.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I wanted to be able to build a workflow that involved a step from within the Approval Inbox. I wish Jotform had that feature. I also wish that the email edit is more robust. And, Jotform is more expensive than most tools and it only allows 100 submissions/month for the free plans. Other tools allow up to 500 submissions. But I guess the AI assistant makes up for that.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client needed the ability to register multiple people in one submission with their own unique registration ID. Jotform helped me achieve that with the ability to add multiple unique ID's. Other tools I tried don't have this.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I love the ability to sync ChatGPT with Jotform. I’ve used it for multiple events for our organization, and it has completely streamlined our workflow from registration to payment tracking. The drag-and-drop builder is simple to use, and being able to connect Square directly into our forms makes registration and payment collection seamless for attendees.

One of the biggest benefits has been having everything centralized in one place — registrations, payment tracking, attendee data, and follow-up communication. It has saved us hours of manual work and made managing large community events much more organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The only issue I’ve run into with Jotform is copying templates between different accounts. That process can sometimes be frustrating and doesn’t always transfer as smoothly as expected.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform has allowed our organization to go completely paperless with registration and event management. We can easily export registration data, collect signatures directly within the platform, and allow participants and sponsors to upload logos and documents without needing multiple systems.

One of the biggest benefits is how customizable the forms are, even on the free plan. For our organization, the free version covered almost everything we needed for a long time. I only upgraded recently to gain access to the signed document features for a larger event. There are still many features within the paid subscription that we haven’t even fully explored yet.

  ### 3. A Mighty, Intuitive Game-Changer—Fully Featured Even on the Free Plan

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

A mighty tool. We have used it integrated with Salesforce and it's a real game changer! There is so much that Jotform offers in terms of handling form data, but beyond that, you can create workflows, notifications, everything you would expect and more. I've yet to find something it can't do. 

The interface is easy to use and navigate. Everything never seems to be more than one click away. Never seen any issues with performance, the UI is quick and responsive. 

In terms of pricing, even the free version is fully featured allowing you to test the capabilities without the "best features" being hidden behind a paywall.

Onboarding was a doddle. It's so intuitive that I've not had any need to contact support, but with the help of a built-in AI bot, or human help if needed - it's an all-round premium piece of kit.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I'm struggling to make any comment in this section. As yet I've found nothing I would suggest that needs improving!

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this as part of our customer on-boarding and the improvements have been impressive. Customers can now complete and sign their documents online, no printing out PDFs(!!) and scanning them, or using clunky PDF editors. The form allows us to gather project critical information in a timely and accurate manner because we use error checking on the form.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Unable to download a PDF or Word version of our form for someone who needs a paper copy to fill out or to allow us to modify the form. 
Unable to download specific pages of the form - I need the first and last page of the contracts to send to the broker, currently I have to download them all then remove the middle pages which is very time consuming.  I would like to see forms be filed by form name in a folder for quick access, similar to a windows folder.  Where we can then create new folders by transport date.   We need to create invoices for the broker,  It would be great if Jotform could take our contracts and dump them into an invoice form automatically.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending contracts and documents to adopters and fosters.   Previously we would have to email out our selves and keep track.  Jotform track for us and I no longer worry about losing a copy of a signed form and it gives us the audit trail

  ### 5. Do-It-All Forms and PDF Builder That Replaced Our Other Tools

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

This platform is a do-it-all solution. First I set out to use it to collect basic information for intake/onboarding. Then I realized it could create PDFs from input as well. I have used it to replace a number of other different software options (including Adobe) since now I can build PDFs along a branded template right in Jotform. I felt like the product is excellent for the price, my only qualm is that I wish I could add a colleague to the account without needing an enterprise subscription. The UX can be a little tricky since there are so many options, and several of the options relate to different aspects of the same form/task - for example it's easy to accidentally switch between the form builder and the pdf editor. All that considered though, if you get lost, the AI builder is excellent at getting you back to where you wanted to go in the first place. The AI can even take a stab at building pretty accurate forms, and can answer questions about conditional logic/intent. There are tons of helpful integrations as well and I am looking forward to seeing how Claude can be used with the new integration to enhance overall performance of this tool with regards to my daily efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Very little honestly. Performance is excellent. As mentioned, I do think the only flaw is that there are so many features it's easy to get lost in a feature you weren't looking for - but that's opened my eyes to the platform's capabilities so realistically not a bad thing. For the free/inexpensive plans (I'm on the Silver plan) there's no real onboarding or account-based support team but the AI takes very good care of any questions you might have. It's incredibly intuitive.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform is replacing email back-and-forth conversations in trying to collect the correct onboarding documents from our customers, saving us hours in admin time. Now we're using it as a contract-builder, wherein we can input a few details and produce a fully consistent and compliant PDF document to just pop into Docusign for signature. Overall this has made our processes way more user-friendly for both internal and external audiences, and has saved countless dollars in overhead/admin time.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

One thing I appreciate is that after the issue escalated, Jotform’s product and technical team became directly involved in the process.
The communication became much clearer once I was connected with the Instagram Agent development team. They took the time to explain what happened technically, reviewed my missing automations manually, and helped restore them from backups.
I also appreciated having direct communication with someone from the technical leadership side instead of only receiving generic support replies. That made the process feel much more transparent and solution-oriented
The issue itself was stressful, but I do want to acknowledge the effort shown afterward by the development team to investigate and recover the missing automations.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

My main concern is still reliability and automation persistence for business workflows.
The core issue happened because my Instagram session disconnected and some automations became inaccessible afterward. While part of this process appears related to Meta session resets, there was also a Jotform-side technical issue that prevented some automations from being restored automatically.
For users relying on Instagram comment automation for business communication, this creates significant stress because rebuilding workflows manually takes time and affects follower interactions.
I also think the support flow needs improvement. My experience changed after I reached the product and development team directly. Before that, I received inconsistent information from support, which made the situation more confusing.
I believe Jotform would benefit from:
• stronger automation backup reliability
• clearer recovery processes after reconnecting Instagram
• more consistent technical communication between support and product teams
The development team’s involvement improved my experience significantly, but ideally users should reach accurate information much earlier in the process.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A tool loses much of its value if it is not trustworthy and reliable, because the solution it offers is not sustainable.

That is how I feel about Jotform now. It lost my trust, and the customer communication process became exhausting and frustrating instead of helpful.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform to manage signups for various events and I love the auto email feature, which sends notifications to me as the admin and also sends a custom message to the form filler. The auto responses are great for including important information like a waiver. I also love the AI form builder, which took my prompt and built the form template in seconds. It was a major time saver because it would have taken me 5-10 minutes to do what it did in less than 30 seconds. The initial setup was very intuitive and easy to navigate. Overall, I've enjoyed Jotform immensely.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I haven't run into anything specific. The only thing I can think of is form designs, like customizing to look a bit 'prettier' if anything. The form builder feature could have more customizability, like selecting more modern backgrounds, uploading images to look modern and sleek. The form looks great, but I feel like it would take it to the next level if it was a crisper design.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform primarily for collecting customer feedback through online surveys, which helps gather insights and understand customer preferences. I love the conditional show/hide fields as they make filtering way easier. The intuitiveness of the program makes it very easy to use. With Jotform, I only need to create one form using conditional settings to decide which one to show, rather than having to create 25 different forms. The initial setup of Jotform was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I guess, instead of clicking back and forth between build and options, it could be a little bit more streamlined with the conditional formatting. I'd like to have both of them on the same page so I can just draw an arrow from one field to another instead of going back and forth.

I use Jotform for collecting customer feedback. It's intuitive, making it easy to use, and the conditional show/hide fields simplify filtering. I no longer need to create multiple forms, thanks to the conditional features.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

The drag and drop form builder is intuitive, and enables our team to build professional and fully customized forms in minutes without any knowledge of coding at all. The large template library has been an important time-saver, providing us with a solid starting point in all of our customer survey and in-house approval processes. The conditional logic feature has been also very advantageous, whereby we have been able to develop smart forms that change according to the user response as well as providing a much more simplified process to our respondents.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The free version of Jotform is very limited when it comes to numbers of submissions per form and storage space, making it more likely than not that teams will move to a paid plan faster than anticipated when forms will be used regularly. Though sufficiently good in most scenarios, the customization of forms can be perceived as restrictive when attempting to meet more sophisticated design needs without an understanding of custom CSS.

The issue of data collection and management of external stakeholders has been addressed by Jotform, which substituted the manual email-based requests using automated and structured forms online. This has saved our team much time in terms of data collection and follow-ups and also enhanced the quality and reliability of the information we get.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I really liked how easy it was to create the form itself, and what truly sold me on continuing to use it was the workflow. I was able to take a simple request form and route it through multiple layers of approvals, with a final destination for entry into our system. Another big plus is that it’s free, so you don’t have to worry about anything up front. You can also try out the different integrations, get support, and review performance to decide whether you want to move toward a paid plan.

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about it.

We solved our issue of giving everyone easy access to our forms, along with a clear approval process, by using the workflow routing. We also love that it sends the PDF automatically, which saves time and helps make our teams more efficient.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

Recently, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying all the integrations that Jotform provides. They’ve helped my business run more efficiently, without needing to rely on so many different software tools. In particular, the PayPal integration has saved me hours by reducing the manual work of receiving payments through other platforms and then having to record those payments separately.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I’ve been able to get by mostly with the Free Account, but recently I had to upgrade so I could have more forms available. I don’t like having to delete forms I’ve completed in the past; I prefer to keep them saved without them counting against my form limit.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform is an all-in-one platform that integrates easily with my payment processing, banking, and customer management platforms. Before using Jotform, I had to create Google Forms, wait for customers to send payments manually, and then update accounts by hand in a spreadsheet. Jotform removes most of that manual data entry and helps minimize errors.

There are also plenty of templates available, so most of the time we can just tweak an existing one instead of starting from scratch. Once a form is live, submissions come in neatly, and it’s easy to review and check the responses.

Usability - we mainly use for creating forms and for signing.  The 'drag and drop' features make it accessible for anyone to use, not just the tech-savvy!  Going back in to edit and refine as you need to is also a great feature.

I would like the option to sort templates and completed forms into individual folders so that the information is better organised and easier to find.  I understand this feature is available on a higher-tier plan but the cost increase is not justifiable just for this feature.

Process improvment - by sending form links to clients and our tutors then we can capture and process information more quickly.  The link to ChatGPT gives us quick analysis of information (e.g. feedback forms completed) and saves us hours.

The part I appreciate most is the speed: in just a few minutes, I can create a complete form, with custom fields (team, category, athlete, contact information, any notes), and publish it by sharing a simple link. Filling it out from a smartphone is convenient and greatly reduces the errors typical of "message" registrations.
Plus, management is streamlined: automatic notifications, confirmation emails, data export, and the ability to track everything in one place. The initial setup was super easy; I just made an account and had AI help me start making the form.

Right now, I’m getting multiple emails and Slack messages for a single submission, because turning off those notifications doesn’t seem to do anything. I have developed a somewhat robust questionnaire for our event participants.  Given the number of questions I chose the "card" format which is clean and concise.   I was disappointed that some functions available in the classic format are not available in card format eg.   the ability to change the size of an iframe

I run a major annual event with over 100 vendors.   Jotform has assisted me in automating a great deal of my work by allowing me to gather all signed forms, payment window and event requirements in one link. I like how jotform isn't specific on what kind of RSVP is needed. I am assisting in planning a memorial, and the other competitors app names sound too joyous when I wanted something more somber. The interface is easy enough to use, and currently navigating the best way to share the data as we're building out our team for this event.

I would like to see more clear opportunities to collaborate with the results of the RSVP and the images downloaded with my colleagues. I wish the file capacities for responses were clearer before having to buy the service.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like that Jotform is very user friendly and can include customer payments in forms. I also like the new Store Builder section, and I hope further development will include more options and features. I have made a few forms for various people and programs thus far, and I am happy with how the forms work on a desktop, tablet, and phone. Integrating payments and Google Sheets has been very easy and user friendly. When I have had questions about various aspects of Jotform, I have been able to find online videos to help me answer those questions and easily implement what I am trying to achieve.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The Store Builder function in the app is still under development, but I need each product to offer the same options as the Product List in the Form Builder. When selling apparel, I need to set various sizes and colors at different prices for the same item, and I cannot currently do that. I do like that I can offer for one product a dropdown for quantity of each size, with multiple sizes listed, but I need to be able to set each size to a different price. So more customization would be what I am looking for in the very near future :)

I also do not like that the Venmo integration is through PayPal and not its own entity. I have a client who recently dropped their LLC, but is still selling merchandise online with Venmo as payment. They would like to integrate Venmo into the order form, but it requires them to create a business PayPal account to do so. They do not want to create a business PayPal account, so they are now unable to integrate payment of any kind into the form. In all reality, my client could create their own Google Form for free and add the Venmo handle in their form. The idea of them using Jotform is to have the payment integration, which they can no longer do. If you have a way to integrate their Venmo account without creating a PayPal account, please let me know so I can advise them.

Jotform allowed me to have students register for an event and pay for said event all in the same form at the same time. In the past I was collecting paper forms and paper checks by mail. Using Jotform has eliminated waiting on and handling paper items, and keeps everything electronic and easy.

The convenience of online payment for products makes it useful. There is a vast array of pre-made templates that are simple to tweak for my own purposes. Jotform includes the option to show images to different product options and tallies the cost of the items. The way the information is compiled and downloadable makes it extremely efficient and easy to use.

I'm not crazy about the AI feature. I find the templates more useful and easy to adjust than starting with the AI feature.

It is very user friendly in getting a form set up for the most part.  The terminology that is used for the functions and what or how they look like on the form is hit or miss.  But I like the followup that takes place after the form is submitted.

Some of the items for designing the form  takes a little while to figure out.  And it is difficult to come up with a work around when you can't use multiple links.

I use Jotform to produce PDFs for different lines of business, and the form-to-PDF feature is really helpful in reducing errors and improving communication across all lines of business. I also use the app builder to create user-friendly apps for various departments and customer groups, allowing them to easily access internal forms, PDFs, and other applications. I like that Jotform is easy to use and does many different things on a single platform, which means I don't need a lot of programs to accomplish tasks. I appreciate the connectivity of Jotform, as I plan to connect it with our Shopify store and utilize Zapier for seamless integration across platforms. The initial setup was very easy, making it a game changer because we had nothing like this before.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Sometimes the building of forms and apps can be a bit glitchy, but it's easily worked around. I do wish there was a feature to change the PDF that is produced based on a certain field selection in the form, but we are working around it currently by building separate forms. Sometimes it does not save the changes I've made, so I have to go back and do them again. Moving elements around the app and on the form build can be difficult because the elements jump around, making it difficult to place them where you need them.

Jotform makes it an easy way for our community to know that it's us instantly and helps keep everybody informed about what's going on. It was easier for my team to learn and use Jotform than Google Docs, and they had more fun using it, which made the transition easier.

I think what just didn't work for us was at the beginning. When you do the first free trial or you do the minimal plan, you only get up to a 100 or so many forms. You really got to know and look at that. Because that hindered us when we didn't realize that we had to move up in level.

I love the ability to create, customize, and edit the application at any time with Jotform. It's great that changes can be made easily and the form updates in real time, which is super useful when something needs to be added or corrected, like when a job category was missing in my form. The user interface is better than competing platforms, making it relatively easy to use.

There is no undo button. It's very easy to accidentally alter or even delete aspects of the form as I'm editing it, but there is no way to undo any action. Some glitches such as the one mentioned above could definitely be smoothed out. I love the conditional logic setting - my customers can pick options that lead them to the correct spot on my form. I love that I can link my Square account and collect payment before form submission.  And I love that the form required customers to fill in important information (name, phone number, etc) before hitting submit!

I can only think of 1 thing I would change right now, when editing the form, I'm not sure what my customers are seeing. IT would be nice to have an edit mode where i can make all my changes then hit submit and they changes appear on the viewers side.  Right now, I have a to wake up early and get all my changes done quickly in hopes of no one noticing I'm editing it.

I'm able to literally create a link, put a form together, and customize it with my own images and logos, which helps streamline everything. I also love that Jotform includes a free AI feature in the free version, making it much easier to put together forms without needing to know how to code. The initial setup was super easy, and I can integrate it with my Google Calendar to automatically set up appointments and send out confirmations. Overall, it's almost like anyone could use it.

It really helps make everything look a lot more professional compared to sending something I made in Word or Excel. I didn't know there was a limit on monthly submissions. That was not clear and by the time I was getting close to my limit I had to upgrade so that felt very forced in order to continue with this specific order. Payment options are costing me a lot. I really like the scenarios where I connect questions and decide based on the answer if I should show more questions. The integrations are a big plus for me, especially with Google Sheets. The integration aspect was a key reason I switched from Google Forms to Jotform. Setting up Jotform was easy for me.

I love the wide range of things I can do with Jotform, such as creating Forms, AI Agents, Apps, E-sign documents, Workflows, Tables, and Reports. It provides me with an easy way to collect information, take payments, and make sales while tracking data. I can also create client engagement and get feedback easily. The platform allows me to collect signatures for contracts and has great workflows that make things speed along faster. I appreciate the numerous integrations with tools like Canva, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Salesforce, and more, which offer countless possibilities to link and manage different apps. Jotform Academy is super helpful for learning what the platform can do, even if it requires some technical understanding initially.

I find the UI/UX to be very easy and intuitive to use. The pricing is outstanding to other services like this I've used in the past. The support I've received getting started has been quick and helpful. It has performed well and exceeded my expectations.

I haven't had many issues other than I did have to whitelist the jotform domain to allow it to create tickets in my Zendesk system. Jotform's AI helped me solve that issue very quickly and it's worked great ever since.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

Jotform was very easy for me to use and gather interest from neighbors in a recycling program! The information gathered is being used to demonstrate the demand within our neighborhood to the waste management company we are engaging.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The free version was a little misleading/confusing in that it states up to 10 free signed documents. It's possibly my own confusion, but I did not realize that each individual signature would be counted as a separate document. I ended up having to upgrade to a paid version to continue receiving signatures on my interest form.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved my problem of easily gathering signatures to demonstrate interest in a recycling program!

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I use Jotform to create various online forms for data collection, and I found the AI within Jotform to be a really helpful tool for creating forms, which I then refine manually. The initial setup was pretty easy, with not many hiccups. It's nice that you can change subscriptions from month to month and that you're not locked into it.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

I feel like certain parts of editing are difficult. There's not as many intuitive settings as in Google Suite, for example. For instance, the heading and the subheading in the form can't be centered separately. I would want the title to be centered, but the subheading to be left leaning. But whatever is chosen for one applies to both, which is kind of inconvenient. Also, my only complaint is that Jotform is in the URL, and you can't have a vanity URL without the enterprise subscription.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jotform to create various online forms for data collection, including a contest entry form for my company's contest.

I love how easy it is to create a form with Jotform. The AI function to make a template for you is amazing. It saves me so much time compared to other form platforms that take long to create and are complicated to share. The AI function was very accurate in creating basic questions that I could easily modify. The initial setup was very easy, and it was simple to get started with creating a first form.

I wish I could integrate it with other apps. The platform could be a bit easier to navigate.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

Reliable, easy to use, code-free forms with robust options.  Simple and effective e-signature capabilities. Wide range of integration options.. plays nice with our tech-stack.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Would like more options for formatting-- specifically with layout. Would also like an option to scan an internal PDF form, and be able to send clients the form with fillable fields directly on the actual document. Currently, you can scan a document , and then send a separate JotForm that maps onto said form, but does not allow direct entry. Could use more development with integration options with several platforms- though I trust this will be forthcoming.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their free option has been fantastic, though we have finally outgrown the limits. The paid version is extremely cost-effective.  This has been a critical tool to assist our business with efficiency regarding data entry, organization and work flow.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I like that the price of Jotform is great considering the features you get, like survey logic and the data dashboard. Jotform is one of the few survey platforms that offers reCAPTCHA. The backend user interface is easy to use, and the survey logic options are fairly robust, allowing me to create a single survey tailored to different audience segments. Jotform is also less expensive and allows you to go month to month. The initial setup of Jotform was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

It takes a long time to load and for the changes to be reflected in the survey preview. There are some limitations regarding the types of questions and how they are formatted that I had to work around.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jotform to address the need to collect data for audience research surveys. It offers features like survey logic and a data dashboard at a great price. The backend user interface is easy, and it lets me create a survey tailored to different segments.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I feel like Jotform is easy to use with its relatively straightforward UI. The drag and drop functionality is good, making it easier to build forms quickly. It's also easy to export our data into Excel, which allows us to get the data out of the platform and use it internally for other things. The initial setup was pretty easy too; I didn't really have to think much and just built a couple of forms in a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

The logic is a bit confusing sometimes. I had it where I wanted to skip a page or something, and it just wouldn't allow me to do it or it wasn't clear about why. Certain areas of it wouldn't be available at certain times.

I use Jotform to gather customer information easily with straightforward dropdowns. It simplifies form building with drag and drop, and makes exporting data to Excel easy for internal use.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

We can tailor it to our specific needs. As a disability organization with several distinct programs, we’ve found that JotForm makes it easy to keep each program organized and manage them separately without confusion.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

Sometimes it’s difficult to log in. I’m not sure why, but if we wait a bit or try again an hour or so later, we’re usually able to get in.

Also, returning parents have to refill all of the previous years’ camp forms instead of simply logging in, updating their existing information, and registering the same kiddo for a new camp session. We have to save historical data each year, so we can’t continue to use the same app year after year.

When using the app with tables, it would also be helpful if each line corresponded to the first form, so we can quickly see which paperwork is missing for each registrant, rather than having each form treated separately.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chasing camp paperwork used to be a nightmare. JotForm makes it easy to see, in the tables, how many forms are complete, which ones are duplicates, and who is still missing.

**What do you like best about Jotform?**

I really like how easy it is to put together a form in Jotform and then send it off for a client signature. This has made the process of concluding sales much easier for us. Jotform also saves us a significant amount of time, which is very important. It was pretty easy to set up at first; following the prompts was not that difficult. Switching from Cognito Forms to Jotform was a good decision because Jotform is much easier to use and set up, with fewer limitations on obtaining signatures from clients, prospects, and ambassadors.

**What do you dislike about Jotform?**

When we have an independent designer come in to work on a form, it gets a little confusing on how they gain access to our actual form. It's very confusing on how to set that up so it works seamlessly.

**What problems is Jotform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform expedites information collection from college interns, simplifies creating and sending forms for client signatures, and improves sales processes by saving time.
