I like the Jostle’s search bar the most. It allows you to search the entire site (news, library, people, discussions etc). It also searches within most documents (depending on how it is created) so if the employee is looking for a procedure document, they don’t need the title to ensure it displays in the search results.
The News screen is awesome, which contains an activity feed for shout-outs, birthday's, anniversaries etc... as well as the News items to the right. Staff are updated on everything that is going on, and you can publish news to targeted groups, which makes the News section tailored to the individual. Filter options throughout the screens also allow an individual to customize their Jostle view! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to create and post articles. I also love the scheduling feature. I can write and post urgent articles on the fly, or I can write and schedule articles weeks in advance. It's bright and colorful, it allows employees to engage via the Shout-Out feed and article comments, and it is an amazing way to keep everyone up to date. We have a very strong company culture and Jostle has helped make it even better. During the pandemic when we were all forced to leave the office, I was SO THANKFUL that I implemented Jostle before COVID hit. Thank you, Jostle! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a toss-up between ease of use and the care taken to onboard and integrate the teams. I test drove a few different intranet systems, and Jostle came out by far the best with its slick design, intuitive processes, and the care taken by Jostle staff to make the journey as seamless as possible, as well as the price. There are many things about Jostle that I like. It is a great platform for internal communications and collaboration. The Library and Links are very helpful for providing easy access to company information. First and foremost, the Jostle platform is intuitive and easy to use. Our organization's employee demographic spans from the silent generation to gen z so simplicity has been critical to our successful implementation. Moving from an antiquated proprietary intranet was a paradigm shift and Jostle made it easy.

Truly the only negative I can think of is more of a pet peeve--inconsistency of obtaining search results. In some instances, you need to hit <enter> while other times you need to click the magnifying glass icon and still other times quick search results start popping up as you type. I love how Jostle brings together a widely dispersed organization and fosters a sense of community. It enables users to connect with colleagues in a way that other communication platforms, like newsletters, often can’t.

Our company has been using Jostle as a platform for a while now, but we have noticed that our retail teams are not using it as much as we would like them to. In fact, only 20% of our retail staff are currently using the platform. We have been trying to provide them with resources to help them connect with the platform, but unfortunately, it has not been very effective so far. One of the main issues is that they do not have a work email address, and they are hesitant to use their personal email for work-related matters.
