What do you like best about Jostle?

I like the Jostle’s search bar the most. It allows you to search the entire site (news, library, people, discussions etc). It also searches within most documents (depending on how it is created) so if the employee is looking for a procedure document, they don’t need the title to ensure it displays in the search results.

The News screen is awesome, which contains an activity feed for shout-outs, birthday's, anniversaries etc... as well as the News items to the right. Staff are updated on everything that is going on, and you can publish news to targeted groups, which makes the News section tailored to the individual. Filter options throughout the screens also allow an individual to customize their Jostle view! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

Not much to dislike, since things that I have disliked or thought could be improved on in the past, actually were addressed. This was done via the Suggest a Feature option they have. Jostle really listens to what the users have to say! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?

We improved communication with the News and Discussion sections. We have also provided staff with a central spot to open all their other important sites that they access in the day (Links screen). Jostle is our default web browser homepage.

We have also reduced the amount of emails that are sent out and improved team collaboration by having team specific discussion threads. Finally we have solved the issue of needing a knowledge repository with enhanced search functionality which Jostle provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jostle?

I love how easy it is to create and post articles. I also love the scheduling feature. I can write and post urgent articles on the fly, or I can write and schedule articles weeks in advance. It's bright and colorful, it allows employees to engage via the Shout-Out feed and article comments, and it is an amazing way to keep everyone up to date. We have a very strong company culture and Jostle has helped make it even better. During the pandemic when we were all forced to leave the office, I was SO THANKFUL that I implemented Jostle before COVID hit. Thank you, Jostle! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

I literally can't think of one thing I dislike. Even when there is a tech issue, the Jostle team replies right away. It's a great platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jostle?

It's a toss-up between ease of use and the care taken to onboard and integrate the teams. I test drove a few different intranet systems, and Jostle came out by far the best with its slick design, intuitive processes, and the care taken by Jostle staff to make the journey as seamless as possible, as well as the price. I am using it to help drive more employee engagement and house all our important documents, links, updates, and newsfeeds in one space. These have been issues up to now for us as a remote/hybrid team. It's convenient to be able to drop most of the other comms tools and access all our other systems from one portal. What do you like best about Jostle?

There are many things about Jostle that I like. It is a great platform for internal communications and collaboration. The Library and Links are very helpful for providing easy access to company information. There's not much that I dislike about Jostle. However, the Discussions page is not used much at our company because our employees use other platforms - Teams chat and email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jostle?

First and foremost, the Jostle platform is intuitive and easy to use. Our organization's employee demographic spans from the silent generation to gen z so simplicity has been critical to our successful implementation. Moving from an antiquated proprietary intranet was a paradigm shift and Jostle made it easy.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

Truly the only negative I can think of is more of a pet peeve--inconsistency of obtaining search results. In some instances, you need to hit <enter> while other times you need to click the magnifying glass icon and still other times quick search results start popping up as you type. What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Jostle, sharing information was extremely limited on our proprietary intranet, which was based on 20th century technology. Jostle has empowered our organization to decentralize communications and give ownership of information sharing to the SMEs from each department. What do you like best about Jostle?

Its a great way to stay connected to teammates all across the org - to see what's happening and to celebrate one another! It's also a great place to house shared links and documents used org-wide. Very user-friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

There have been occasional techincal difficulties with photos. And I do wish there was a quicker way to search/find certain content - like searching past articles by key words/people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jostle?

I love how Jostle brings together a widely dispersed organization and fosters a sense of community. It enables users to connect with colleagues in a way that other communication platforms, like newsletters, often can’t.

I also love how Jostle is easy to learn. Once trained on the platform, it becomes an easy tool to naviagate. I love the features it provides, like the Library feature, where you can just grab what you need out of the library and go. Every feature is designed to be useful. What do you dislike about Jostle?

While our company's organization has utilized Jostle more in the past 6 months than ever before, I still wish that more people, such as front office managers, utilized the platform more often. It's difficult to push people to log on sometimes, especially when it's not necessarily required of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jostle is allowing me to go into the Library feature and pull any important documents that I need right away that I might not found in our cloud based software, Egnyte. What do you like best about Jostle?

What do you dislike about Jostle?

Our company has been using Jostle as a platform for a while now, but we have noticed that our retail teams are not using it as much as we would like them to. In fact, only 20% of our retail staff are currently using the platform. We have been trying to provide them with resources to help them connect with the platform, but unfortunately, it has not been very effective so far. One of the main issues is that they do not have a work email address, and they are hesitant to use their personal email for work-related matters.

Also, it would be great if editors could add news stories from their mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
