What do you like best about Jostle?

Jostle is a fantastic intranet. Communication and employee engagement soared once it was implemented. It was so easy to post news stories and the online directory search is amazing! I have since left my company that was using Jostle, but I miss it's easy to use interface! If you need a company intranet, choose Jostle. You won't be disappointed! What do you dislike about Jostle?

It's really a fantastic product. The only thing that is negative is that is a shared platform, which means you can't customize features. However you can make product development requests, and many times they are implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?

The previous intranet the company was on was stale and outdated. It was a graveyard of documents. Once Jostle was implemented, employees were more engaged and aware of what was going on in the company. The graveyard of documents was replaced with only fresh and current documents. What do you like best about Jostle?

It's a toss-up between ease of use and the care taken to onboard and integrate the teams. I test drove a few different intranet systems, and Jostle came out by far the best with its slick design, intuitive processes, and the care taken by Jostle staff to make the journey as seamless as possible, as well as the price. What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using it to help drive more employee engagement and house all our important documents, links, updates, and newsfeeds in one space. These have been issues up to now for us as a remote/hybrid team. It's convenient to be able to drop most of the other comms tools and access all our other systems from one portal. What do you like best about Jostle?

First and foremost, the Jostle platform is intuitive and easy to use. Our organization's employee demographic spans from the silent generation to gen z so simplicity has been critical to our successful implementation. Moving from an antiquated proprietary intranet was a paradigm shift and Jostle made it easy.

What do you dislike about Jostle?

Truly the only negative I can think of is more of a pet peeve--inconsistency of obtaining search results. In some instances, you need to hit <enter> while other times you need to click the magnifying glass icon and still other times quick search results start popping up as you type. What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Jostle, sharing information was extremely limited on our proprietary intranet, which was based on 20th century technology. Jostle has empowered our organization to decentralize communications and give ownership of information sharing to the SMEs from each department. What do you like best about Jostle?

Its a great way to stay connected to teammates all across the org - to see what's happening and to celebrate one another! It's also a great place to house shared links and documents used org-wide. Very user-friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been occasional techincal difficulties with photos. And I do wish there was a quicker way to search/find certain content - like searching past articles by key words/people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jostle?

I love how Jostle brings together a widely dispersed organization and fosters a sense of community. It enables users to connect with colleagues in a way that other communication platforms, like newsletters, often can’t.

I also love how Jostle is easy to learn. Once trained on the platform, it becomes an easy tool to naviagate. I love the features it provides, like the Library feature, where you can just grab what you need out of the library and go. Every feature is designed to be useful. What do you dislike about Jostle?

While our company's organization has utilized Jostle more in the past 6 months than ever before, I still wish that more people, such as front office managers, utilized the platform more often. It's difficult to push people to log on sometimes, especially when it's not necessarily required of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jostle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jostle is allowing me to go into the Library feature and pull any important documents that I need right away that I might not found in our cloud based software, Egnyte. What do you like best about Jostle?

Jostle, a platform that fosters a sense of community and belonging, is helping us achieve this goal by bringing together cross-functional teams. What do you dislike about Jostle?

Our company has been using Jostle as a platform for a while now, but we have noticed that our retail teams are not using it as much as we would like them to. In fact, only 20% of our retail staff are currently using the platform. We have been trying to provide them with resources to help them connect with the platform, but unfortunately, it has not been very effective so far. One of the main issues is that they do not have a work email address, and they are hesitant to use their personal email for work-related matters.

Also, it would be great if editors could add news stories from their mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our aim is to provide a solution that enables all team members to be visible to each other, allowing them to connect and learn more about each other. What do you like best about Jostle?

The onboarding with the Jostle staff was smooth and easy. We launched in January and are seeing 90% engagement from staff. The implementation was easy. We've added lots of reference documents to our library and engage them with agency-wide news on our News page. Staff enjoy the people view as a way to get to know each other. The Teams view is invaluable for onboarding new staff. I'm so glad we chose this platform for our intranet. The Jostle team is open to suggestions for new features and is always improving. What do you dislike about Jostle?

There is not a way currently to export the org charts from Teams except as a Visio file. We've requested a solution for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
