As a non-profit, it is CRITICAL that we can utilize the Class dimension from QBO in our forecasting software. Jirav's implementation team understood this from day one, and their hands-on consultant style approach to my needs was the BEST SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN A PART OF!

We implemented Jirav last fall. The team assigned to my account is wonderful. They are quick to respond with questions and helpful in explaining items. They took my current excel budget and created it in the system. Now close and forecasting is done within 5 minutes. The most helpful element about Jirav is the custom drivers! The quality I appreciate most is the effectiveness of error handling. Jirav alerts you when you have an error in your drivers and highlights the error for quick correction. Secondly, the ability to easily change assumptions to reflect our ever changing market. Jirav can be intimidating initially. We are still learning the software but with the large amount of financial information presented, it can be hard to find the root of a specific number (to drill down). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to have multiple plans/models to navigate through. The ease of making changes to assumptions and drivers via custom table format, etc. I find it easy to navigate and create various dashboard tiles to help present data. The dedicated account support has been great and makes my life much easier when I need help or have questions when navigating around. Sometimes when you roll forward to the next month, previous formulas can have errors and be difficult to fix if you haven't experienced the error before. For the dashboards not having the custom ability to change the colours of the data in each tile to differentiate if you are comparing to another model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
