There is a learning curve at the beginning, especially if you are coming from more traditional spreadsheet models. I love how Jirav saves me a tremendous amount of time in reviewing and presenting monthly budget-to-actual reports, budgets, forecasts, and more. The visual presentation is very robust, and both my clients and I love it. The ease of use and presentation capabilities, especially Jirav's visual summary dashboard and the way it shares information in a "non-accountant" style, make it so much easier for my clients to understand their data and results. Ease of budgeting and budgeting capabilities. Ease of budgeting workforce. You can setup reports to be visually professional and also add value by adding already supplied graphs and analysis. Also the ability to track and compare other benchmarks and goals. The cash flow on the executive reports is so helpful to get that information easily to owners as well as the ability to budget in capital items and have it reflect in cash flow projections. Jirav has completely transformed the way we approach financial forecasting. The usability is a major standout. Compared to other FP&A tools, Jirav is a good blend of intuitive and robust. The learning curve was minimal and it's easy to get things started, especially for teams coming from spreadsheet-heavy workflows. We were able to quickly move from setup to actionable insights and then increase complexity while we delivered to clients our basics, which are more advanced than most firm's best product.

What really sets Jirav apart is the support team. From onboarding to ongoing guidance, they’ve been outstanding. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to our success. Some of the visuals can be challenging for clients who are coming from other platforms, but a lot of that is due to the volume of info you can provide. The power of forecasting drastically outweighs it. It can get really complex if you want to make it complex, to manage that GO TO TRAININGS - it's essential and worth your time. As someone who uses JIRAV every day, I like the simplicity of drivers and layout options, as well as the customizability. The layout of categories, sub-categories, and so on is easy to navigate and understand, and makes for a straightforward budget and presentation tool. The customer suppport is easy to contact and quick to respond as well. The integration with Excel, Sheets, NetSuite and many other native connecters makes implementing this software a breeze. Jirav is customizable and easy to use. Our Finance team accesses Jirav every day to create financial assumptions and deliver leadership reports. I have been most impressed with the customer service, having been assigned an incredible Account Manager. The AM made integration easy and is extremely responsive and efficient. There's nothing I dislike about Jirav. As far as opportunities for enhancement, it could expand it's already fairly robust suite of integrations. The connected sheet is great for flexibility and it's very helpful to have the implementation specialist set it up, though there's an opportunity to make that process easier for self-serve capabilities.
