Jetlink Conversational AI Platform is easy to use and operate. We have our own agent team that supervise the chatbot interactions. Live agent panel also works perfectly. As an energy provider company, we have to be available 24/7 and provide right services at the right time & place. We are hold responsible from each citizen's request that wasn't answer. Also it is crucial to take the right action in emergency situations. While our chatbot allows us to answer question 24/7, it is creating time for our agents to focus on more detailed or urgent situations when there is a human help needed.
