One of the best features of Jenzabar One is that it is user friendly. The system is customizable to satisfy unique needs of an institution. It integrates with a variety of outside systems making it easy to offer faculty and staff solutions that work with the system. The most challenging things about the system is that many of the canned reports need customized in order to use efficiently. Customizations can be difficult and time consuming to get completed.

Jenzabar Support is the best of any products we use on campus! We moved to J1 back in 2022 and are now using J1 Web and we love it. We also use JRM and have seen enrollment go up by about 15%. We are using J1 JICS and JICS Mobile Web, but are moving to the JICS Mobile app to get virtual ID cards. J1 Desktop is good, but J1 Web is even better and use it with DUO MFA and it is secure on and off campus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost of Maintenance is high, but worth every penny! When we went to J1 it changed and maintenance on our J1 products is more reasonable now. We have access to everything just by paying the mainteance on the new product area like chatbot or retention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jenzabar has made great strides in the last few years to modernize they platform. They've gone from an old looking platform to one that is web based. This has allowed them to rethink the processes and make a much better platform. The implemetation was thoughtfull and well planned.
