The Real time inventory tracking has been super helpful for us, especially because we struggled with full visibility of our stock . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Was kind of difficult to switch over all information from our spreadsheets etc. but once all integrated, everything worked great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No iOS based application that can get to Jazva usefulness Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a peculiar synchronization with ebay, wooCommeerse and amazon. This application allows us to save a lot of time and the delivery of orders is on time and there are few mishaps. Support communication is drastically easy and the solution to problems can be found at the touch of a click. In addition, how much with an exceptional design. Its use is tedious, support help is needed to master all its functions, at first glance they seem simple, but they are very complicated to understand. It took time for our team to get used to its design and language, but once they got the hang of it we ran it without a hitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integrated shipping and direct label printing in the warehouse Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User interface is too complex. Has too many bells and whistles and documentation is outdated.
Custom reports are hard to build. Although they help building them upon request.

The Good: Jazva has a few things going for it, that we really like.
• Rate shops the cheapest shipping option between UPS, FedEx, and USPS
• Integrates with Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (but errors out frequently, detailed below)
• Allows multiple different SKUs to be grouped together under 1 master SKU
• Kitting and inventory tracking work well
• Location based order fulfillment for 2 or more warehouses works perfect. It correctly chooses the closest warehouse to the customer, and subtracts inventory correctly.
• Handles orders between multiple channels (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc)
• Warehouse system allows multiple companies and/or warehouses to be somewhat independent
• System user restrictions are nice for limiting access for employees or contractors

The Bad: These are things that are inconvenient, but we can live with them.
• Reporting is next to impossible to navigate. If you want to download and excel spreadsheet of your monthly sales based on sales channel, or date, or any other metric, you’ll need a Jazva employee to build the report for you. It’s taken me hours of experimenting to understand the basics of their reporting system, and it truly is a nightmare. Even their own employees struggle with it.
• QuickBooks integration is still very sparse, and does not work as expected. It took us months of back and forth with Jazva to fix a few problems. We’re still having issues with several QB related items, and Jazva has stopped responding to these requests.
• Jazva’s servers are pretty slow. Searches, creating batches, requesting labels, etc. all take a second or two longer than you’d expect. This isn’t terrible, until you’re trying to fix major errors (detailed below), and those few seconds really start to add up.
• Searching for orders and customers in Jazva is overly complicated and difficult. The search is restricted by different prefixes, so you have to type “o” or “in” or “u” before your search depending on what you’re searching for. It’s incredibly inflexible, and frustrating to use.
• The user interface has improved a bit, but it’s still terrible. Menus are tedious to read, and it’s difficult to find how to change different options and settings. It takes months of consistent use to get a handle on where everything is, and I still find myself mis-clicking on menus all the time.
• The customer database does not work for Amazon orders. The majority of our orders are from Amazon, and this makes things like honoring warranties and sending out replacement parts much more difficult than needed.
• We process a lot of returns for Amazon, and the credit memo/RMA system in Jazva is not good. When you create a return it correctly refunds the amount and puts the item back in inventory, however it doesn’t record the return balance as paid. It also creates a new invoice number, so when these get imported into QuickBooks they don’t correctly account for the inventory or original invoice, and it leaves the credit memo in Accounts Receivable.
The Ugly: These are the errors that will drive you crazy, and make you not want to use Jazva
• When printing a batch of orders Jazva will skip printing orders at random. If you’re only printing a few labels at a time it’s easy to catch, but when you’re printing 250 orders in a batch you have to do a count for every single batch. It’s incredibly time consuming, and there’s no way to selectively re-print multiple orders. You have to do it one order at a time. This has most definitely gotten us bad feedback, and 1-star reviews on Amazon.
• When requesting Seller Fulfilled Prime labels from Amazon, Jazva sometimes does not retrieve the tracking number from Amazon. This errors out the entire batch, and you can’t print any labels after that error. You either have to wait for a Jazva Developer to manually reset your batch (usually several hours), or you print them directly from Amazon Seller Central. This is incredibly time consuming and frustrating.
• When requesting labels in a batch Jazva will often error when trying to get an Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime label. You have to manually go into each order and click update, which fixes the error. This was only happening occasionally at first, but now is happening with upwards of 50% of Seller Fulfilled Prime labels. In a batch of 250 orders this takes a long time to fix.
• Communications is getting steadily worse. At first the Jazva team was somewhat responsive, and would at least offer updates on occasion. Now my phone calls and emails frequently go unanswered and unreturned. I’ve asked for fixes on all of the errors and bugs listed above, but to date only a few related to QuickBooks have actually been fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their Amazon price matching tool was easy to setup and worked great for some of our items, then it completely crashed our inventory and caused Jazva to stopped working.. When Jazva worked for a brief period of time, it actually integrated some of our major sales channels.
There's significant potential in this software to be usable and adaptive to our work environment however it is a mess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We wasted several months trying to get this program to work. when Jazva stopped working as it did many times, all our sales immediately stopped. Causing us thousands of $ in lost sales. Just about every encounter of an issue we had reported to Jazva let to them informing us that they would have to get a developer to help, we were informed that this developer staff isn't even in the US so we would have to wait an entire day to get just about the smallest issues fixed. After wasting so much of our time we paid the setup and subscription fees and Jazva did not refund our payments. Very disappointing failure as we were very eager to have this inventory system as it was advertised to us by their sales team, which failed to deliver on every promise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their pushy sales rep that lied to us throughout the entire signup process of what Jazva could do, who also led us to believe we were getting a good deal and that the development time would be far less than what it actually was. They promised us great features and even better results for our company and it was all a bunch of lies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything, don't even know where to start. They did not deliver on any of their promises, they could not connect to any of our marketplaces properly especially Amazon which would have been helpful to know prior to us paying them thousands of dollars. Support is nonexistent and everything we did with this company was a trial and error process that constantly had us reaching out to their support team, while they were learning how to use their own software and learning as they go. The support team only knows how to navigate the system, not fix problems basically Jazva uses their own customers as beta testers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard was good and we liked the support team but they were overworked and couldn't help as much as we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wow. Don't even know where to start. We were a little hesitant to choose Jazva at first because of the high setup cost. They promised us great features and even better results for our company. At first, they told us we were ahead of schedule to push live. This was only because our team was spending 9 hour days doing everything we could to get our products onto their platform. Once all our products were up everything crashed and burned. This is because they couldn't get our account to effectively connect to the apps, programs, and channels we needed most. We were so excited about the QuickBooks connection. When the time came for us to connect to QuickBooks, they told us that the connection was actually in BETA and that we couldn't use it. (ARE YOU KIDDING). This was not mentioned to us before we signed up and QuickBooks was the most important connection to us. If this were the only thing that went wrong we may have stuck with Jazva. The next issue was that we could not manually update our Amazon listings from Jazva because their developers had not mapped out the Beauty category. YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD US THIS BEFORE WE PAID SETUP COSTS!? So now we couldn't use the Amazon connection because all our products are Beauty products. I wish it would've ended there as well. Come to find out our Walmart connection didn't work either. At this point, we had enough. Literally, the only features we wanted were the ones that absolutely did not work. I don't know how they can sell this software if it does not even work. When we told them we were done and wanted a refund they stopped all communication with us. They literally went MIA for 3 days until we kept following up with them. When they FINALLY replied they told us our account had been terminated but no refund possible. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND FIND ANOTHER SOFTWARE SOLUTION.
