What do you like best about Jam.dev?

I love Jam captures your last minute using any website so I don't have to try and recreate a bug. I also like how it captures your console log. We have people in our company download this as well and it's such easy implementatoin and set up. We rarely need to teach them how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jam.dev?

Nothing! There are bugs within Jam sometimes but it's typically pretty minor. The security words when resetting your password is a bit odd. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jam.dev solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have tons of bugs that we come across in our product and previously it was hard to recreate the bug / showing our developers the bug with just a screenshot or a recording. Jam.dev builds a bridge between the users and the developers by capturing the console, allowing developers to quickly understand the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jam.dev?

This app collects network information, enabling me to share important details when reporting issues to the development team. It's also available in incognito mode, making it very useful for testing. I use this app daily as part of my job and frequently recommend it to colleagues. On the security side, I appreciate that it doesn't collect or share passwords or tokens. Additionally, it integrates with Slack and Jira and notifies you when your evidence has been viewed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jam.dev?

It's super easy to use and robust at the same time. I love how easy it is to initiate a screenshot or screen recording from the Chrome Extension and also add notes. Also love how it provides browser and device info for our devs. And while I don't use it all that often, it is great that it integrates directly with Asana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jam.dev?
