What do you like best about Jackrabbit Care?
Jackrabbit Care is great for keeping track of attendance. It can be accessed from any computer and so the attendance record is always available online. It makes keeping track of parent contact information super easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Jackrabbit Care?
The system can be a bit finicky, and will occasionally have connection issues or need to be reset. If you put in the password incorrectly three times it will lock you out and you will need to contact an administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-We've gotten complaints on the parent end that the portal for editing account information is not very intuitive.
-I don't find the built in dashboards especially useful
