What do you like best about Jabmo?

Jabmo has done a great job throughout the time I've worked with them with providing us with the tools we need to make sure we're utilizing their services well. Realistically, the only reason we really haven't gotten too much benefit is due to our own lack of being able to devote much time to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jabmo?

One of the issues I can remember having a couple times was figuring out discrepancies with how we've been tracking our web data at different target account locations. There was a fair amount of confusion between my company and Jabmo about where exactly some of the web traffic data was actually coming from. For instance, we may have had a company we were trying to target with advertisements, and realistically they have maybe 4 different locations throughout the country. When looking at the data, there may be times when that data was coming from 30 different locations and we couldn't pinpoint what that actually meant for us. Were customers doing web traffic while using their laptop on the road? Where they people who work remotely? Not sure. If we can't figure out what the data means, then it isn't as useful. Recommendations to others considering Jabmo:

The service is valuable, as long as you're able to put the right amount of time into using it internally. It does quite a bit of work on its own, but without doing some extra work to refine things and analyze results, you'll be missing out on a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through using Jabmo, we've been able to promote our brand on a much better level with customers that may not have much brand awareness with what we do. We haven't had enough internal bandwidth to devote much time into how we've utilized the tool to go further, but at the very least we've gained more brand awareness with some of our customers. What do you like best about Jabmo?

The team does a great job putting together ads and doing the analytics with minimal effort on the part of the user. As with many working professionals, I have countless other things going on to worry about in my daily schedule, so knowing that the Jabmo team has things taken care of day-to-day has given me great peace of mind. What do you dislike about Jabmo?

I wish that there was a better way for me to convey the benefits to my internal team when discussing the overall investment of time, money, effort... etc. If they could develop some sort of a ROI calculator in the future for the user to populate with their specific details, it would help facilitate the conversation when campaigning for people to jump on board internally. We haven't used this to really be a "lead generation" tool as many people internally will want it to be. Currently, it has been directed more towards creating awareness to our known and unknown buying committees, based around topics that we want them to be more aware of. What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main business goal being pursued by using Jabmo is driving awareness about specific topics/solutions that our company offers. We are primarily using this towards things that we don't currently have much awareness about with our customers, but will branch out more in the future. The secondary effect is that once customers are seeing our specific content through the Jabmo ads, they are seeing what else we have to offer as a bi-product just by being exposed to our website and navigating on their own. What do you like best about Jabmo?

Great platform to curate a target list of accounts and generate a range of ads which resonate well with customers. We were able to significantly increase web traffic to many key product and technical pages on our website and saw an increase in resulting organic traffic over time as well.

The team we worked with at Jabmo was very responsive and quickly developed ads for review. They also did regular update meetings to review the resulting data and significance, which helped our team digest the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jabmo?

We experienced a few hurdles with getting our unique branding implemented into the ads properly for the first few sets of ads, but once established it was relatively quick to develop subsequent ads.

It was also a tricky process from our internal legal/IT side on getting pixels placed on our website, so getting that process started ASAP is definitely key to making the ad launch process go more smoothly.

It would also be helpful if unique customer stats were included in ABM updates and the team could work directly with our digital marketing team to supplement their data with our internal capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Though our company has extensive internal digital capabilities, we were very intrigued by Jabmo's ability to market to a broader base of customers based on domain name, since we can currently only do IP re-targeting. What do you like best about Jabmo?

The great support we receive from our account manager. Quick responses to questions and interesting insights to make our campaigns succefull. Jabmo is a trusted partner. Thanks to them we can see increasing traffic coming to our solutions which drives engagement across other marketing channels. Their expertise in ABM makes me to rely on their insights and reports. What do you dislike about Jabmo?

Dislike is not the correct word. I am a supporter of ABM strategy for our B2B markets and we are experimenting bringing ABM to our academic sectors. We won't like to work with a differetn account manager that is not that high-skill as our current one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jabmo?

Jabmo has been growing over the last few years but has continued to provide customer with a high level of service. They are good about recognizing when to stop doing something and replace it with something better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing isn't overly transparent for determining traditional ROI for firms already heavily invested in PPC. That can make it a harder sell internally, but the service and reporting helps to make that case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jabmo?

Azalead is a radar. You see a point with a company name on it. No less, but sometimes more.

- As an account manager it is very helpful to confirm that a prospect is actively investigating your solution.

- It is also the best way to detect an interest from a company long time in advance

- Then when appropriately linked with CRM and ABM tools it's a good tool to make sure we prospect the right way

1. The weekly (or daily) report are of great value:

- Seeing a peak of visits from a Company - often impossible to detect it so obviously another way

- Seeing a prospect in my top 5 of the detected accounts, staying in the charts during a long period of time

- A good reminder and call to action agent

2. Customization capacity is really helful

What do you dislike about Jabmo?

Still a lot of micro improvements expected here and there to make the information as accurate as possible while keeping the whole picture as clear and simple as possible and to centralize information.

Having a global view at first sight is very easy, but navigating through the UI to dig further can take time

What do you like best about Jabmo?

Azalead is a very useful platform to do retargeting and account based marketing.

The interface is easy to understand, and it's fun to scroll around and see who's checked out your site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool in itself isn't very actionnable. I can only really use it to look around at company level information, but it isn't very well integrated with Hubspot so I can't actually do anything with that information.
