I like the newsletter setups, the task lists, which can be applied and the fact, that I have a great, birds eye view on my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The website component and the lead generation aspect, which in my opinion is a bit lacking. I understand, that it is a CRM first and foremost, but maybe a partnership with an existing lead gen provider would be an option. That would allow IXACT to put the option in front of their customers and let them pay for an add on or so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the quick functionality of having the contact list on the right that can be filtered down by just typing in a few letters. That makes it easy to use. I also like the newsletter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like the app - it is not very user friendly. I also do not like that there is not one page where I can see all (or a lot) of my contacts to apply mass actions. I love that it allows me to access the info on website and also via app. I think is great to be able to have a platform where I can keep my client database organized. It has ability to keep my calendar with all my appointments and tasks. The best thing is of course being able to keep in touch with my clients with the monthly newsletter.
