What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

It has a simple layout and feel, I love contact coach function. I like how it sends out automated e-mails. Contact coach always keeps me in contact with my client, which really like. I also like how I can change the setting to personalize it. The social intelligence function is really great as I use to see who the person is for security reasons. Also I try put as much data as I can into the system as one day my database will be something of value for when I retire, I can sell it on to other agents who wants to buy. I like that I can upgrade it to a team, because I want to have a team in the near future. I picked Ixact contact because it compared well to Propertybase CRM, but Ixact contact was cheaper and thus offered better value. Prpoertybase is a rip off, and I might of failed as a new agent because of their costs. The support team has been pretty good too at Ixact Contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

Biggest thing I wish they could do was host e-mails, if they could do this, it would be a total solution for me. But if there was something I didn't like about Ixact contact, maybe the purple color. I am not a fan of purple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Staying in contact with my clients at regular intervals. Also hosting of a website was great. I like the automated e-mails. Would be great if I could link my cell number or phone to send automated text messages. A bit like having a Mac & iPhone. Maybe an app for that? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

The iXact CRM is very user friendly. We like the ability to customize our drip campaigns. This is important since we operate a team and wanted the emails to have team messaging versus the "I" type of message that is the standard. This was important for us in our marketing strategy to best present our team to our clients.

The drip campaigns are also easy to assign to contacts which translates into our agents using them more to achieve results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

We opted to have the website option for a custom website. Overall we like the look of the site and it is easy to manage. However, the home search functionality needs improvement. The search tool is not intuitive and is not feature rich. We are hoping to see some improvements to this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a reliable system that offers a good set of features and is also very reasonably priced. Their customer service and support is really good - I have used both their phone tech support and their videos to resolve questions or issues and have been pleased with the results. What problems is IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead tracking is always the hardest thing to keep up with. So the CRM is helping us to auto-capture leads from the website and from our Realtor.com leads that come in. This means less data entry and better tracking.

We also use the social media posting service which is feeding content to some of our pages to help drive traffic. That helps free up our time from having to either generate content ourselves or find sources and do the posting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What Ixact offers is a way to do massive emails and texts to your sphere and farms. I specifically like the contents they create for drip campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

Ixact is easy to use and budget friendly. Great CRM for an amazing price and great value for your dollar. I have referred many people to Ixact contac because I love how professional my website looks, and how easy it is to add and edit contacts to my system. My website looks very appealing to current and potential customers, which is amazing for my business. I enjoy how user friendly the system is and can appreciate everything that the CRM offers as a whole. They have many add ons available to help with social media, adding a presence, creating and building relationships and the ability to integrate your contacts from other systems to the Ixact contact CRM. What do you dislike about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

My search tool does not work very well for my clients’ needs. There have been multiple complaints from previous clients about having difficulty accessing the search function but once a search is set up through paragon, then they do not need to utilize my website any further. It is more for an online presence and to show that I am an agent available to work in the Edmonton and surrounding area. There is nothing more I don’t like about Ixact contact. What do you like best about IXACT Contact Real Estate CRM?

I love that the CRM comes with a ton of out of the box content. When starting out as an agent, there is so much to building a solid business foundation, we almost always focus on the logistics and forget about the content. With IXACT you can forget about the content and still have hiqh quality content on your site and in your newsletters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great if the text option was available to link to your actual phone number. Oftentimes, I've already begun texting a prospect so it's a bit of brand interruption when you have to use a differnt number. Also, the cost of the Social Stream is a bit pricey. Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, mass texting tech doesn't work like this on any system. Even with an actual mass SMS provider, your own number is not used and you have to subscribe to a new phone number to use for the service. With regards to Social Stream, $20 a month is the best price on the market considering all of the benefits it offers. We don't know of any similar solutions that cost less.
