Though IXACT's CRM is highly efficient and included everything I held essential to a personal and efficient CRM, the layout of the overall site seems outdated. At times I have experienced troubles with having colleagues understand how to navigate and use the CRM due to the more outdated and bland layout. I love the campains, letters, and newsletters that are so easy to set up! Pre-written, just need personalization and tweaks to make it work for your clients.
