The app can be glitchy, as I've had to fail jobs before, simply because when I would get into the app, it wouldn't work correctly and I was unable to submit anything. I understand glitches happen, but twice I did the whole task and it just wouldn't take the upload. It was frustrating, but they are a new app, so some slack can be cut for them, I think. More often than not, specifically when it comes to rural properties, there are simply not enough adequately trained Vuers on the platform to take on an inspection request.
