Account and event project managers work closely with the client to build the environment best suited to the clinet's needs and provide a range of packages for technical and practical support. Some elements of the back end don't function quite as ideally as they should, but there are typically work-arounds. Project management, event admin, statistics and support are spread across different sub-sites rather than housed in a single integrated system which is a little inconvenient but again can be worked around. Unlock button in collab rooms can easily be pressed by anyone, taking your session live without realising! It would be great if this feature had the ability for you to approve the unlock before it happens. In addition, the back end (when setting up lots of events/booths) can be quite clumsy and requires update/refresh/regular navigation back to the area you were editing.
