Seamless Integration of iVend Retail with SAP S/4HANA Retail is the best feature that we like. In addition to normal POS sales, we also book special orders which have delivery instructions. These orders get seamlessly integrated into SAP for further analysis. Retail features of iVend Retail like Coupons, Gift Cards, Promotions and Special Price list help in improving customer experience.
Badel process and ZATCA integration are two most critical processes that are handled very well in iVend Retail.

Ivend POS is a very reliable system which all our team like using. They find it very easy to navigate, new staff seem can be trained up very easily and quickly on how to use the system which is a great benefit as it reduces the amount of mistakes that are made.
Our previous support team TRC installed the system for us oevr 10 years ago and we have using the system without very few problems since then on a daily basis. Ivend is integrated with our erp system SAP, which is for the most part works extreamely well.
The staff in the stores would use the system to take take deposits, receive in goods from the purchase order, transfer items between stores and cash up.
