What do you like best about Ivanti EPM ServiceNow connector?

Ivanti's integration into multiple products makes it easy to use, and is certainly beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti EPM ServiceNow connector?

Other products have come out to surpass Ivanti's featureset, and for whatever reason (I honestly am unclear), they are more successfull in useability. I have encountered many more problems using Ivanti, as opposed to 2 other products I can think of right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ivanti EPM ServiceNow connector:

In my experience with LANDesk, Ivanti's aqquisition of the product, and the connector, it's support has improved and is generally a safe bet from that perspective. The tool is also fairly easy to use, and productive in it's use. It is easy to use, and accomplishes the tasks it was built for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivanti EPM ServiceNow connector solving and how is that benefiting you?

We currently use Ivanti / LANDesk, for our ticketing system, and also for pushing patches, as well as software to endpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
