I love that it is so simple and easy to use. The help Ivans gives is superb and they are always quick to respond to questions, comments, and concerns. Setting it up is so easy with the help of their staff. The download from Ivans to Applied Epic is fast and super great. Ivans works with Applied Epic so seamlessly that we don't even realize they are two separate products. We have yet to have a bad experience with this product. Ivans downloads made it easy to keep track of our clients' renewals & new business we wrote. Ivans downloads is used daily with both our old & current management systems. Especially now, with our new agency management system, Ivans has been a great help in keeping track of all our clients' policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The worst thing about Ivans used to be that we had to manually import the downloads each day into our management system. Now, however, with our new management system, the downloads are automatically applied to each client's file, making it easy to use. The worst part about Ivans now is that not all our companies use Ivans downloads so we are having to manually enter a couple of companies into our client's files. they are usually able to fix or find the problem why something does not download now they have been working with it.
