Ivans downloads made it easy to keep track of our clients' renewals & new business we wrote. Ivans downloads is used daily with both our old & current management systems. The worst thing about Ivans used to be that we had to manually import the downloads each day into our management system. Now, however, with our new management system, the downloads are automatically applied to each client's file, making it easy to use. The worst part about Ivans now is that not all our companies use Ivans downloads so we are having to manually enter a couple of companies into our client's files. Not enough companies are participating. Personally, since I am in management, I do not use Ivans on a daily basis, but the staff does.
