What do you like best about ITECS Outsourcing?

What problems is ITECS Outsourcing solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a large food manufacturing company with a lot of IT challenges. Having hundreds of devices, from IoT, servers, workstations, and accessories, we can't manage everything with our in house IT. What do you like best about ITECS Outsourcing?

Working with ITECS was better than expected. Their dedicated support teams allowed rapid onboarding. They have deep knowledge of our business, teams and technology so we are always looking ahead rather than behind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ITECS Outsourcing?

We were working with a company for the past year who was always waiting for issues to arise and Charging $$$ for us to update old systems that broke and caused company downtime.
