I was involved with several Sync installations over the years the various companies we had with every instance requiring a level of integration to other software applications - and in every case these integrations were totally seamless and problem free . The ability of Sync to be flexible and meet our unique requirements , as well as assist in guiding us to acheive what we wanted from the system was commendable .Continual developments and updates ensured Sync always provided us with an up to date solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We pair Sync with the PPB module (production planning board) which allows us to plan 1000's of jobs across multiple production lines. This allows us to make use of our production capacity optimally and only take on work that we can deliver on-time. The system is flexible so changes are easy to make and transparent to everyone when there are issues. Detailed inventory management is also a big help considering our fabric delivery lead times. Customization, I feel I can call my account manager anytime and he knows my business even though it's very customized. Calls logged are understood and more so improved on my initial thoughts. Most of all it does everything I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not sure if this is a synx flaw but the problem I think with most of these is if you put bad data in you can get some bad data out. But with some exception reporting and checks and balances we have plugged most of the human error elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been employed at various high end name brands in apparel during my career and Sync has certainly exceeded my expectations in terms of the latest technology available and implementation thereof in keeping our business up to date. The Sync support team are super efficient and the response time is right up there. Their knowledge of the system is vast and we are satisfied knowing this is available to us at all times. When there is an upgrade it is done very professionally and as seamless as possible, human nature does not easily like change and whilst it could be difficult to keep up with the change, the support team take your expectations and work closely with you to ensure effortless improvement of the latest integration of technology. We have just gone through a huge upgrade and 5 stars to the support team, thank you to them who have proven to practically be an extension of our business. iSync Solutions was our top pick when shopping for ERP software. We loved how the software was apparel-focused, but the integration team also expanded their expertise to our growing product line assortment. We also loved that they had a global team of software engineers and had a strong presence in South African since we also work in Africa and look forward to expanding this software to that team!
Implementing this software was one of the smoothest and most supportive processes I have been through with software onboarding! As hiccups arose in the first weeks, the Sync team handled each edge case with care, attention, and speed. As with any software training, the tutorial video was pretty painful to work through. The training videos were out of date for the software, and many of the lessons required to cover did not apply to the way we use the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Sync for several years & have relied heavily on the constant upgrades that keep the system evolving to solve new challenges & market changes. Sync is very user-friendly & it has excellent reporting. We have a clear view of precisely what's going on in the company. The system has increased productivity & efficiency - which has translated into significant savings for the company.

I can't think of anything that stands out as being a problem. It's was important that the users complete the online video tutorials/training because then they know the ins & outs of how the system works.
