It covers all bases for everything needed in a ERP system. It's easy to navigate and learn the processes and it expedites and streamlines a lot of our day to day activities. The support team is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Always helpful, always there to answer a question and really does go above and beyond to help! Aims is a growing company, because of they are still working on developing other advanced features. However, it is because they are at this stage that they are more than willing to create new systems and features that will better help productivity. The customer service when reaching out for support could be increased. Although reading articles to troubleshoot are helpful, when reaching out to support, one expects to have already tried to fix the issue separately. When reaching out to support one expects additional support on the backend which is not always conveyed at first. However they have been working to improve this within their company. Not really anything that I dislike. As mentioned, through the implementation, Aims has worked to accomodate and acclimate the programs to our needs as much as possible. At the same time, they are diligent in their scope assessments and work to protect our investment dollars through honest feedback in feasibility of our CI requests.
