Isogen makes good Isometrics. I find that it can usually do what I want it to, and is customizable in the ways that I need it to be. It is integrated well with CADWorx, and I can usually quickly add any customization to a component quickly. I see that the program is being developed and efforts are being made to make the user experience better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find it difficult to navigate the settings. I don't find I-Configure user friendly at all. It is clunky and not intuitive. I also find my results as I generate isos to be inconsistent. It has gotten better in this regard from years ago, but it is still frustrating how inconsistent the output can be. Also, I would like to see a more user-friendly error screen when an error is encountered. I see a big wall between those who are familiar enough with I-Configure to efficiently set up templates etc. and users who know what they would like the iso to come out like. Much is lost in translation. A feature that is definitely missing as well is a built in ability to use line list info to populate the title block info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
