Since implementing Ironscales, phishing emails that reach our Inboxes have decreased significantly. When a questionable email reaches a user's mailbox, the user is able to easily report the message to Ironscales through a button in Outlook. Makes it so easy for both the user and IT support to manage threats. I love that there is an App on my mobile phone. There's a lack of customisability around notifications or integrations into industry standard issue management systems. I believe this will be resolved over time, but for now you can hack that together. I would sincerely like granular control over notification emails though as this would help reduce needless noise. IRONSCALES is a great email security tool and they have a ton of pre packaged phishing templates that are ready to go. The new additions on the reporting side of the phishing module have been great. After the phishing campaign closes, it can automatically send emails to all the interested parties of my choosing showing the campaign results in an executive ready format. There are certain functionalities that from a user-experience side would be beneficial (like the implementation of a blacklist mechanism to block emails from certian domains, instead of working solely on the detections based on AI), but overall we are very happy with the implementation and delivery of Ironscales' services.
