What do you like best about IrisAgent?

What do you dislike about IrisAgent?

No real dislikes as such. Looking back at the start of our journey, I would've loved more guidance or insight into defining our category tags to suit our business model. But this is just part of the learning curve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IrisAgent solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're using the IrisAgent automatic tagging feature. This removes manual work from support hero which saves time. It also gives consistency across tagging so we can give better reports to other teams around conversation topics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
