There has recently been an update to the patient management tool, which usually occurs two or three times a year. Unfortunately these updates have almost always caused glitches in the system which at times take up to a week or more to correct. Not only has this caused delays in data submission, but there is no way to know that the problem has occurred until I have spent 30-40 minutes entering data and then attempt to submit it. Once the system rejects the submission because of the error, the data must be abstracted again and resubmitted, but only after the help desk has been contacted and the error corrected from their end. IQVIA has a very user-friendly interface. It is extremely easy to build queries on IQVIA. It also provides us with detailed methodology document, so if a new user starts to use the platform and is unaware of the terms such as ATC level classifications, they can easily understand the same using the methodology document.
