What do you like best about involve.ai?

I love how practical the tool is. I quickly understand what to do and where to focus my time. As a CSM, I go on involve.ai daily to see the health of my customer accounts and strategize my effort for the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about involve.ai?

Workspaces could use some improvement. involve's new feature is fantastic for collaboration, but I would love to have segmentation/sorting features. Otherwise, the dashboard gets quite crowded. Adding colors will be amazing as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a CSM, involve helps me understand customer health to maximize my effort (with details and action items). Before using involve, I spent over 3 hours daily checking each account through an excel sheet. What do you like best about involve.ai?

http://involve.ai allows me to monitor my team activities and track all customer insights on a single view. I have used other tools for Customer Health before, but involve platform is a game-changer. I have complete visibility of all customers and understand where to focus my effort to help my team to grow. Additionally, http://involve.ai team is incredible to work with. What do you like best about involve.ai?

I love the user experience and collaborative nature of Involve.ai. It's helped my team stay on top of churn in the most proactive way possible. There's no other product on the market that does that I need it to do like Involve.ai does. The support team is also very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about involve.ai?

I've recommended a few product changes to the their team and they pushed out those new features super, quickly. I still feel like the main dashboard is a little busy, but I know the team is making it more intuitive. Excited to be apart of their journey! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prior to using Involve.ai I would manage all of my accounts in Google Sheets, which wasn't great. It was also tough to keep up with account changes, adoption, and engagement. What do you like best about involve.ai?

I can now be proactive and prioritize which customers to focus on. Before it was just using my internal system and sometimes I missed key signs. Had I been aware of these good and bad signs then I would have been able to have the right conversations at the right time with customers and deliver greater value. What do you like best about involve.ai?

I like the account's actionable insights the most. On the dashboard, I could filter out at-risk as well as upsell accounts to share with the team. Each account comes with a set of action items, which makes our daily job more productive. We are seeing an upward trend in our retention rate. It's up nearly 16% after 4 months with involve.ai. What do you like best about involve.ai?

I love that it is an AI that can read and constantly update on its own the health scores of our clients. very helpful, especially with a long-tailed business. It also shares why it is giving the score that it is giving which obviously benefits everyone from the rep to management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about involve.ai?

I mean my feedback from above is accurate, that really is all it is tho. It is a software that will read your data and give you health scores; that may be great for a sales rep, but for a CS team, you're prob going to need some other software to help supplement it in in the plays department as well as reporting / organizing your book of accounts. consider your full tech stack cause youre going to need other softwares besides just involve if youre using it for CS specific objectives. You will need something for your emails, your playbooks and for your reporting dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is involve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agains, the real benefit is the constant automated updates to the health scores. Despite some road blocks we have faced in rollout the fact that we can have confidence that we do not need to feed factors into health scores and that it will analyze the data and update the health on its own is a beneficial function. What do you like best about involve.ai?

Involve.ai's features are fantastic. My top 3 favorites are the Customer Health Dashboard, Insights, and Reports. Health Dashboard allows my team to plan out their daily tasks. Then, they'd go into Insights to see the specific recommendation for each account. And the Reports help summarize our CS effort over the months with interactive charts + graphics for me to present to the board. Overall, these features do all the tedious and manual work, so we can focus our time on what truly matters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about involve.ai?

Best practices and use cases would be fantastic. My team would love to learn and see how other leaders optimize their platforms. I think Involve should look into launching community as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted to find a way to work more efficiently. We had an internal CS tool, but there was much insight and there was still a lot of manual work (for CS, data, engineer team) to pull everything together. Involve, is by far the most effective and most accessible tool to set up and use out of all the players we evaluated in the CS space.
