http://involve.ai allows me to monitor my team activities and track all customer insights on a single view. I have used other tools for Customer Health before, but involve platform is a game-changer. I love the user experience and collaborative nature of Involve.ai. It's helped my team stay on top of churn in the most proactive way possible. I can now be proactive and prioritize which customers to focus on. Before it was just using my internal system and sometimes I missed key signs. I like the account's actionable insights the most. On the dashboard, I could filter out at-risk as well as upsell accounts to share with the team. Each account comes with a set of action items, which makes our daily job more productive. We are seeing an upward trend in our retention rate. It's up nearly 16% after 4 months with involve.ai. Workspaces could use some improvement. involve's new feature is fantastic for collaboration, but I would love to have segmentation/sorting features. Otherwise, the dashboard gets quite crowded. Adding colors will be amazing as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it is an AI that can read and constantly update on its own the health scores of our clients. very helpful, especially with a long-tailed business. I mean my feedback from above is accurate, that really is all it is tho. It is a software that will read your data and give you health scores; that may be great for a sales rep, but for a CS team, you're prob going to need some other software to help supplement it in in the plays department as well as reporting / organizing your book of accounts. Involve.ai's features are fantastic. My top 3 favorites are the Customer Health Dashboard, Insights, and Reports. Health Dashboard allows my team to plan out their daily tasks. Then, they'd go into Insights to see the specific recommendation for each account. And the Reports help summarize our CS effort over the months with interactive charts + graphics for me to present to the board. Overall, these features do all the tedious and manual work, so we can focus our time on what truly matters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best practices and use cases would be fantastic. My team would love to learn and see how other leaders optimize their platforms. I think Involve should look into launching community as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
