Not much I don't like. This product measures up . I find if we have issues the support team if very nice and they fix the problem right away. The other systems we have used has been very difficult to fix sometimes we would lose records or they were deleted. that is lost revenue. We depend on Salesforce, and they come through for us. Our company used this app on a daily basis to generate invoices from opportunity products, and the invoice scheduling capability was vital for our unique billing scenarios. There should be a knowledge centre or user manual to enable customers to help themselves learn how to use the app without a phone call. Taxes were a little painful to work with since they required a checkbox per opportunity product to trigger the apex to calculate the taxes on the invoice, which meant some tax fields were null while others were populated. There is invoice templates in Salesforce Classic that allows for an individual to just choose which one they like. Otherwise, businesses are able to customize if they wanted. It is very easy to edit the invoice to include appropriate information including logo. Also you can add products that easily label what is invoiced so there is no confusion.
