Easy to follow easy to learn, easy to input Data. Keeping the records are so easy to find. The system is so helpful. **What do you dislike about Invoices for Salesforce?** Not much I don't like. This product measures up . I find if we have issues the support team if very nice and they fix the problem right away. The other systems we have used has been very difficult to fix sometimes we would lose records or they were deleted. that is lost revenue. We depend on Salesforce, and they come through for us. **Recommendations to others considering Invoices for Salesforce:** I would highly recommend working with Saleforce as the right tool to get the job done, I have used other tools that have not measured up to what Salesforce has delivered. Feel confident using this product as we have. Building templates and billing scenarios was easy once you got the hang of it, but it did take a fair bit of time. **What do you dislike about Invoices for Salesforce?** There should be a knowledge centre or user manual to enable customers to help themselves learn how to use the app without a phone call. Taxes were a little painful to work with since they required a checkbox per opportunity product to trigger the apex to calculate the taxes on the invoice, which meant some tax fields were null while others were populated. I'd prefer zeros instead of null values, but I just added formula fields to the invoice object to correct for that. **What problems is Invoices for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having the system fully integrated saved us time switching between software programs, and duplication of the client information. Our sales team also enjoyed that they had all the client information in one place, from previous sales to when the last invoice was sent. ### 8. Otherwise, businesses are able to customize if they wanted. It is very easy to edit the invoice to include appropriate information including logo. Also you can add products that easily label what is invoiced so there is no confusion. **What do you dislike about Invoices for Salesforce?** I don't understand the "Opportunity" tab or how that is relevant to my work. I don't touch it at all.
