InterviewVector had helped Mindtickle at a growth level. Mindtickle was looking to go aggressive at hiring and IV came in to help. We were able to manage the the hiring numbers with quality and time, all thanks to IV for it. We got a sudden boost in our hiring numbers.

The personalised relationship with IV team helped us navigate throughout the journey.

Finding credible interviewers and scheduling interviews for tens of candidates every week was a big hassle and took away 1-2 hrs of the founders' time every day. With IV, we were able to reduce this to less than 10 mins a day. Interviews were scheduled in less than 2 hours and the support team was quick with communication.
