What do you like best about Intervals?

Simplicity; the ease of tracking time with Intervals helps to encourage users who generally don't like to stop for administrative exercises. Most just keep the web page open and enter as they go. Entering the data near real-time helps to improve overall data quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intervals?

The ability to create teams, groups or departments would be a helpful feature for data analysis. Excel report layouts could be more pivot table ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Intervals:

What problems is Intervals solving and how is that benefiting you?

Presently, we're only interested in where our time is going. You can't improve your project time estimating, if you don't know how accurate your estimate was the last time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been making minor updates to the interface since we launched 11 years ago, but times have changed. Our next major release will unveil an entirely new and modernized interface. We're hoping to beta launch our new look soon. If you would like to be part of the beta tester group please email support@myintervals.com to be added to the list.

What do you like best about Intervals?

As we are an IT Industry we have numerous tasks & projects where our employees work on. With MYintervals it is easy to access and manage employees task & project as well as employee information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intervals?

You cannot view the timesheets of an employee at once, as in we need to click next for each week by week.

It will be good if we can view the timesheets in one go at least for a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intervals solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is easy to check the no. of hours the employee has worked and bill the client after internal verification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Michael Payne of Intervals

Regarding viewing multiple timesheets at once reports can be used for this purpose. The output of the Summary report is almost identical to the timesheet and can be filtered by date range, person, client, etc. That could be an option.
