I would recommend looking at the users rights. We do have to make people admins because they need to view reports and approve labor, but it also gives them rights to set up new projects which I don't want them to necessarily do. Role level permissions. We do not want the managers to see the cost but manage the tasks. It would be nice to see (for an admin/ manager) who is working on what so that we don't overload the tasks to an employee who has lot to do instead we assign to those who are leisure.
