What do you like best about InterConnecta?

InterConnecta provides consistent and high-quality support, responding to requests in a timely manner. The challenge most companies face in customer support is the number of support requests received each day. Keeping track of customer request processing is also not easy, InterConnecta helped establish a simple way to streamline requests for resolution. When a new request comes in, it is routed to the right department, automatically and instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InterConnecta?

InterConnecta still does not have multi-language support to be able to target many potential customers, expand connections with many other services. I hope that in the near future InterConnecta can integrate the multi-language feature as available on zoho Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The company I'm working with is using Zoho Solution, and needs InterConnecta's services to better manage zoho activities. The main purpose of the company when working with InterConnecta is to improve employee performance, increase customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with customers. InterConnecta has helped the company manage conversations with customers across multiple channels such as email, chat, phone, social media, and the company's website. Besides, InterConnecta also makes the customer support process easier and more convenient. Well-defined processes keep employees productive and customers happy.
