What do you like best about Fin by Intercom?

It's my first time using Intercom in my current company and what I like the most is, you can navigate this tool easily, and you are able to use both chat and email in just one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fin by Intercom?

I don't see any other downside while using the intercom, aside from creating some Macro (Spiel). When an update happened last year, the ability to create a personalized macro was removed and I am not sure if that was being taken out by our company or the Intercom itself. What do you like best about Fin by Intercom?

I like Intercom for a few reasons. First, I find the interface extremely simple and intuitive, which makes communicating with customers easier and more efficient, even for our less educated employees. The real-time messaging feature between team members is incredibly helpful and allows for more direct communication. Nor can I forget the ability to create templates and quick links to our knowledge bases. Finally, the entire collection of endpoints for API and integration with other business tools is very useful. What do you dislike about Fin by Intercom?

For me, one of the main disadvantages of Intercom is the cost. I believe that the price per user is too high, it would be great to put the whole team to work on it, but we have a very large commercial operation, putting all the SDRs, LDRs, TLs and EVs is not feasible for us, this is undoubtedly a limiting factor . What do you like best about Fin by Intercom?

Intercom is my primary tool when responding to a chat/email. I can easily organize all the chats and emails. very user-friendly , it is better than using a typical email platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fin by Intercom?

When someone uses the @function and mentions you, it just shows under the mentioned category which I overlook sometimes. I think it could have been better if you will also add a pop-up notification function. Overall this is a very helpful communication tool for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fin by Intercom?

What I liked the most about Intercom was having macros added to the system, as this is the best tool I have been using, as it would make my job easier and faster, and if you are Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fin by Intercom?

I cannot think of a downside to the intercom, as it is already perfect for me. I am only thinking of when you are set as away and reassign replies. Once the chatter chats again, it will be removed from your closed chat. And as well, the email is being sent right away, so if you need to change it, there's no undo, unlike with Yahoo. And have a grammar/spelling checker with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
