Easy to integrate and implement with other products. Also, there are a lot of functions we can use. At least, we always can get dozens of statistics and work with dashboards. The most useful thing about Intercom is the ability to sync in user and company data from our product's database, especially the options for creating customized data attributes. What do you dislike about Fin by Intercom?

The email and message builders are not always the easiest to understand and use. In particular the in-app messaging options are unclear when it comes to telling you how and when the message will appear, and once your message is live the metrics are hard to understand. quick, easy and efficient. I like that I can easily find macros and articles to send to my customers. I also like the gifs and emojis, which makes the conversation more friendly (we aim at a friendly customer service) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

in the tool we were using before, we could preview what our customer was typing before he hit Send. In that way we were able to read the question he was writing and get an answer ready to reply even faster! I would like to still be able to see it.
