Easy to integrate and implement with other products. Also, there are a lot of functions we can use. At least, we always can get dozens of statistics and work with dashboards. It's easy to use and we do it every day. Sometimes we have troubles, but customer support always helps us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most useful thing about Intercom is the ability to sync in user and company data from our product's database, especially the options for creating customized data attributes. The email and message builders are not always the easiest to understand and use. In particular the in-app messaging options are unclear when it comes to telling you how and when the message will appear, and once your message is live the metrics are hard to understand. in the tool we were using before, we could preview what our customer was typing before he hit Send. In that way we were able to read the question he was writing and get an answer ready to reply even faster! I would like to still be able to see it.
