- Tabs on the left hand side of the screen, making the emails and other settings easily to be located.

- The good thing about Intercom is that you will never have to manually compose an email, thanks to those pre-written templates that will make the task simple.

What do you like best about Fin by Intercom?

Intercom is fast, intuitive and contains everything to give the best customer experience.

With the easy-to-set-up bots, we have drastically lowered our inefficient conversations and can now right to the point with the correct data. The messenger contains everything our customers need, including a knowledge base straight out of the messenger.

And if you don't know how something works Intercom's own knowledge base is extensive and their support team is the best. I think I am not the first to copy their macros 😉.

What do you dislike about Fin by Intercom?

You need to pay for each part you use, so if you need a lot of features upgrade your credit card.

Would be nice to have a little bit faster reaction times on support, but nothing that is annoying. Most of the time I have a reaction within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fin by Intercom?

I love that Intercom plugs into our user events for our platform. I can easily see what the user has been doing and which pages they've visited. We use another support tool for another set of customers, and while it's functionality is vastly customizable, Intercom makes it so easy to provide good support. What do you dislike about Fin by Intercom?

Reporting in Intercom has had some recent improvements, but creating custom reports feels a little limited when trying to slice data.

I also wish there were a way to search user events to avoid scrolling. We have other tools to view user events, but it's nice to have it right in Intercom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fin by Intercom?

I love the bot reply and the saved messages. I also love that i can assign messages to coworkers very easily. If a coworker needs assistance with a message i can easily access their inbox and help them rather than going back and forth. I enjoy the round robin because no one gets flooded with messages. I have been using Intercom for more than a year and excellence to everyone who started this tool to make people's lives easier. Easy to navigate, very user-friendly that even people who use this for the first time will not have a difficult time navigating everything. No need for a specific training. Terrific tool!
