I have written several times to complain. It takes to long to connect because of all the recorded message, "to mute your line, press x, to unmute...press your name,, followed by the ......you wil now be joined..." When calling internationally it is common for the line to drop. To have to lose an additional 60 seconds of the call to listen to the irritating messages over and over is frustrating.
