Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I attempted to use their question bank option and all I've received is error messages. For the past 3 weeks, I've been attempting to clarify with support why this error is occurring. They refused to give any useful feedback (often asking for me to complete some task that has already been attempted or send them some document which was already sent to them) and now simply stopped responding all together.
