Super helpful and responsive team, that went above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall was pretty happy with the experience, I am sure there are plenty of items on their roadmap but we were happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the last two years we have been wanting to create in house integration. Because as soon as we go and ask people to sign up on - they get scared. So basically the entire impression of the product was lost.
We were able to add a native integrations, just using the integration app in a few weeks.
That was like a mind blowing thing that we could have thought of. Like even I didn't think that this product could be there in the market. And now I think it is such an obvious thing to exist in the market.
So there is a list of thing I liked:
- Ability to build integrations with multiple applications and having them work by default
- Being able to customize field mappings for every customer
- Ability to build native UI, so customers do not leave our application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not an engineer, and the learning curve was longer than with Zapier, but now I can build any integration in a day. Would be great to have more "packages" with pre-build scenarios Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration.app has handled all integration and backend-related tasks, allowing me to focus solely on developing my own business logic without worrying about authentication, background jobs, retry mechanisms, and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the beginning, there is a bit of learning curve. Many concepts to learn. It would've been better if there's a better onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Few points that we like:
- After our tech team set up the solution, our technical project manager can easily tweak the business logic whenever needed.
- Thanks to their Universal Flows, we quickly launched v1 across several CRMs. (Ms Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot)
- Initially, we thought having everything unified might restrict us, but turns out, Integration.app gives ability to customize literaly anything
- The support is top-notch. We have dedicated Slack support that's super responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The end-user UI was decent for prototyping, but we wanted something extra. That's why for version 2, we're crafting a custom, white-labeled version to align perfectly with our app's UI, while still leveraging their API on the backend. It would've been awesome if their UI completely matched our needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support team are great. Also, our use case needs at times some very specific customisation - which is quite easy to do with integration.app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface can be at times very intuitive, but occasionnaly the UI presents a slightly different way of doing things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration.app is very easy to use, but also powerful at the same time. No compromise on ease of use and capabilities. We were able to get 4 integrations implemented and released from scratch in a couple of weeks. Support has been attentive and gone above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some potential UX improvements that could help make things a bit smoother Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration.app is our big selling point in terms of connectors. They gave us big library of already pre-built integrations and an interface that allows setting up the flow between the systems super easy, while also having great logging and monitoring capabilities out-of-the-box.
Everyone from our team keeps highlighting how responsive that guys are compared to some of the third parties we work with. That's a massive thing to get answer to question in minutes.
The setup guides for the on-prem version were quite straightforward (simply deploying a few docker containers within our infrastructure).
We also use their end-user UI for making customers able to tailor Field Mappings, select data source, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, even when we have questions / issues they are very quick to response and resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integration.app helped us to deliver 4 integrations when not diving into every app API.
Few points on it:
Instead of building every integration separately we just described the use case once via their Flows.
Our customers are able to customize field mappings out of the box.
Even our most complicated business logic can be handled with features of the flows.
They handle rate-limits, token refreshes and all other integration infrastructure. It just removes so much logic from our end...
We also got dedicated Slack support, that is always happy to help us and very responsive. They are also very open to feedback and suggestions for product improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is so big, that some docs are hard to find, but that was elaborated by simply asking their team to provide a guide in Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a small startup, with limited tech resources. What we got from the Integration App leveraged our application with 3rd Party integrations like CRMs in a short period of time.
With the flows system, we could be able to implement many 3rd Party apps without any business logic on our end which took off lots of code burden and kept super simple and easy-to-maintain features on our end.
Adding a new App is super simple too, we just enable it and active on our flow that's it. Don't even need to make a release. We are capable of releasing a new integration in minutes. It just works!
I think one of the best advantages, we directly worked with their developers during implementation they were helpful and they understood our scenarios and real world problems and came back with solutions all the time. Amazing support from day one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took a bit to understand their terminology, like Flow, Field Mapping, Data source etc. Just read the FAQ first and save time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were able to integrate with 3 CRMs very quickly & end-to-end. We tried looking at a few unified APIs like Merge but dealing with custom fields there is really cumbersome, you basically have to use the passthrough API every time
The platform is surprisingly big in scope, despite it being a young product. Having options to define scenarios across multiple apps at the same time, build UI and monitor customer connections is really helpful.
All our engineers can use Integration.app so we’re more efficient in rotating resources on other engineering projects vs integrations-related ones.
Their support team is amazing on Slack, always ready to help us expand the feature set or fixing bugs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We want more advanced features like search/match data but the team has been responsive on building them for us Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
