What do you like best about InsurLink?

Our agency implemented InsurLink a little over a year ago and find that it is incredibly easy for our account managers to set up and easy for our insureds to use. It has a clean interface and is easy to navigate. It's been a game changer for insureds who need access to their information during times we are not open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InsurLink?

Nothing that I dislike about InsuredLink - the only trouble is sometimes getting buy in from some customers, but that is expected in any scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eliminate the need to email or mail out certificates, ID Card. Ease of use for both agency and client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to see an option upon attaching a document to Doc360 to a allow clietn to see in Insurlink. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Giving the insured an option other than email or US mail to get their documents. Ability for our clients to enter their change requests, and certificate requests on line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
