What do you like best about InStoreView?

The Web-Based Platform helps us to access the sales data from anywhere or on any platform. Helps us to remotely access all sales opportunities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InStoreView?

The UI is still basic and the less customizabilty of the software does not help us in changing much. The new tax system is also not implemented in the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InStoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?

The different SKUs have different pricing. Helps in managing the different SKUs in one place. Helps in managing the different vendors and the Sales prediction feature helps us to stock up on the missing products rapidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InStoreView?

- Stock information with inStockView is truly time-saving.

- The interface is really easy to use.

- There is a free version.

- Good reporting/analytics

- Comes with an online chat system

- Online webinars make it easy to learn how to use

- There's room for improvement with the POS system and I appreciate that it informs me when there's an update available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InStoreView?

- Does not contain any loyalty Programs.

- No purchase order management.

- Cannot be used for Email Marketing.

- Limited deployment platform: Cloud, SaaS, Web-Based Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InStoreView?

I have used this for some time, and I found it's not very impressive but overall good software for managing my all Retailing business-related work like CRM and others.

Nothing I can think of. Good value. The ui is confusing sometimes but not too bad when you get used to where things are. Maybe some youtube video walkthroughs or something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we've scaled we've needed more automation. The CRM is a needed alternative to doing everything manually ourselves. We have grown too large and risk letting messages slip through without some sort of software to help keep everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
