What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Add opportunity => add task => create organizations => add contacts => create projects => set pipe lines => synchronize emails is what Insightly can do for you. It looks very simple at first. I tried Insightly for Google apps and hence the Google integration was a must and it was available. I imported my business contacts from Google in one click. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Sometimes, it's very slow to add a pipe line. UI needs a lift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

Gmail and other email add-ons integrate email text with the database well enough Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?

Since Insightly is browser-based, it can be slow. User interface is a little crude and company, contact records do not show meaningful information in lists - you need to explicitly filter to see the data you want. Tagging feature is nice, and it makes up for generally rudimentary controls otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
