What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

I find that the gmail extension feature definitely has some misses and through Murphy's Law it always happens on that 1 email you want to refer back to down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM?

From the contact integration and side bar extension with Gmail to the ability to create Tasks, Activity Sets, and Projects to manage existing client relationships an develop systematic courses of action for new clients Insightly is a very well rounded CRM / Practice management tool. From Leads to Opportunities and in finally Customers the tools gives you the ability to track the client relationship from start through he entire engagement. we use this too to manage our existing client relationships and weekly/monthly/quarterly tasks as well as maintaining a consistent and accurate contact list through out the company.
